Location

The place was value for money staff were friendly and in-house food was good I would recommend it to all family members travelling to Dhaka. Wifi was very poor and not working had issues connecting to internet the bath room could of done with a clean it was mouldy and smelling . Bed was hard with very stiff cushions like sleeping on bricks

Lift

Well-behaved and supportive staff members especially Mr. Raihan at the reception who was very professional and helpful. Give the man a raise! Room was clean and spacious. Almost a good value for money.

No spring beds. Breakfast was not available at the day of arrival; which was disappointing. No dim lights. Only one towel in a deluxe room. Washroom below average.

Bad r comfortable.

The room was not clean. Lots of mosquitoes. All the water taps are broken. There was a lot of dirt on the floor. There were no tissues or towels.

Fairly well-behaved staff

The rooms are NOT anything like the pictures advertised; which is a total deception. The hotel is old and lacks proper hygiene. I was charged more than what was shown on BOOKING.COM. The bed was not very comfortable and the washroom was way below average. Overall, NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Thé Room was like a street hotel . They charged extra 20 usd without any response. Toilet was disgusting. Actually that was like a street hotel did not expect it from booking.com

Room wasn't clean enough. We booked a twin room but was given a double bed room.
