Nous n’étions pas attendu, très compliqué d’avoir qqn au téléphone (6no essayé), froid la nuit, très chaud le matin, pas de pdj, pas de mini-bar.

Estefania and Pedro are amazing and incredibly lovely people. Its a very quite place made with a lot of love. All very clean, high quality, great food and unforgettable experience to sleep in a bubble.

the house is beautiful and fully equipped, location is perfect just 10 mins drive from S Sebastian d La Gomera but secluded enough to guarantee peace and intimacy.

I have never slept in such a special place. It was a transparent sphere from which you could see the night sky and the sunrise from your bed, in luxurious conditions.

Once we found it the location was amazing, so peaceful and relaxing and so close to a very remote beach. Pedro was a fantastic host.

The directions was not very good at all. We was only sent a screenshot of google maps and we drove passed the entrance as there was no sign up to indicate it was there. It was a closed locked barrier with no buzzer, in the middle of nowhere. Difficult to reach anyone as no signal and when we was able too call we was simply told we had been sent directions.

Pedro was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host! House was nice and we liked the quietness of the area. The beach in the front was nice and most of the day really quiet. Car was needed to visit stores and restaurants.

Very annoying payment process before our stay. It did not mention anything in the booking.com site, but I got mail couple of days before our stay from "Sand & Sea resorts" company that apparently owns the Avalos Beach apartments. They insisted prepayment before arrival, which had to be done in old fashion account transfer or I had to send credit card information via email (which is not something you do in 2020). And once I did it, I had to send pictures of receipts which they did not somehow receive and the matter had to be solved over telephone. Extremely annoying process and very low level of customer service. Not in anyway up to todays standards of booking accomodation and I will be avoiding Sand & Sea resorts apartments from now on.
