Le salon spacieux est très lumineux et dispose d'un grand canapé-lit pour deux autres personnes, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Il possède également un splendide balcon donnant sur l'une des rues principales du centre historique, comme la Calle Francos.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toutes sortes d'ustensiles et même une cafetière Dolce Gusto, les appareils sont de grande qualité. Une salle de bain chaleureuse et agréable, et enfin la meilleure chose à propos de l'appartement est son grand patio privé, où vous pourrez passer d'agréables soirées avec vos amis ou votre famille. After a little confusion getting into the apartment, we really couldn’t fault our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Seville. With plenty of space the apartment comes with a lovely bathroom, large bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and TV. . The location is amazing, centered in the old city with a supermarket next door it’s just minutes from Alcazar Cathedral & La Giralda. Roughly 8 minutes to Setas de Sevilla and a gentle 15/20 minute stroll to the river. Plaza de Espana is easily walkable too. You’ll be well placed to enjoy the busy vibe of the old city, strolling the narrow winding streets and relaxing in the many cafes and bistros. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

We had a good time overall in Seville…. It’s a beautiful city.
We arrived late and struggled to find the apartment. (Instructions for finding key and getting into building were excellent but once in, the crucial instructions for finding the flat were poor) we called the host who was very helpful.
The apartment is comfortable and decorated in a quirky style. It’s very well situated in the heart of the old city but I have to say it’s not next to the Cathedral. The Cathedral is a few streets away ( is it a language mistake maybe…? It’s near but not next to))
There is a balcony but door was locked so no access. There is a terrace which is deep within a sort of well or courtyard in the old building. There isn’t a view from it. It smelled faintly of smoke.
Air conditioning was good but overall I felt the apartment was slightly stuffy…. Strongly scented air fresheners around.
That all said, it’s well equipped and stylish. Location is fantastic, ( did I say there’s a supermarket next door?). Lots of restaurants and shops everywhere. We really enjoyed our break.

Fab property in a great central location. Everything is within an easy walk; sites, shops, bars , restaurants…. Really enjoyed our stay in Seville and this property added to the experience.

This place is great! Perfect location to everything. Very quiet and dark for sleeping due to excellent patio doors and automatic blind. Place is super comfortable, including bed and pillows. Has very spacious rooms, especially given the European standard. Victoria made nice arrangements to leave our bags prior to checkin. We so highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our time in Sevilla. This apartment is central to everything you want to see. Grocery store is steps away, bakery very near buy, lots of restaurants and bars close by too. The apartment is great for 2, maybe three people. It’s decorated very nicely. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit. I loved Sevilla!

The location is the best thing about the apartment. Several good restaurant choices within a 5 minute walk. The entrance to The Catedral de Sevilla is a 6 or 7 minute walk. There is a full range grocery store next door to the apartment that is open 9am to 9:30pm. The apartment has a washer but no dryer. You can dry them at the coin laundry (called My Laundry)...its a three minute walk.
The apartment has a microwave and an electric stove top, The apartment layout is a little different with 5 steps going down into the bedroom from the foyer. It is tight on space and is fine for 1 couple and perhaps a couple kids, but there would be zero privacy for a second couple, if that's how you're traveling.
The communication with the representatives prior to, during and after our stay was excellent. Make sure to download WhatsApp. It is the best way to communicate with them.
All things considered, my wife and I would stay here again.

This property is in a great location in the central district, close to the cathedral and palace. The entrance is pretty understated, but opens into a newer building, and the unit itself is modern and spacious. We particularly liked the interior terrace (with glass walls that can be fully opened to the interior on two sides), which provides a lot of ventilation and adds to the spacious feel. There is a good grocery store very near the entrance, and quite a number of other shops and restaurants nearby. Although it is close to so many things, it is quiet on the inside. There is a small terrace off the bedroom where you can view the action on the street below. The owner was responsive and helpful and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment in a great location....close to all the sights and good bars. Despite this it was relatively quiet at night. Comfortable bed, nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen. Felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location for short break in Seville
Amazing position in the heart of Seville. Lovely apartment. Not that easy to find and once found you need to be sure that someone is there to show which is your apartment. Air conditioning is good and reasonably well equipped kitchen.

The bed is very comfortable.
If you do like to cook the kitchen is well equipped, but with all the fantastic restaurants nearby why bother!

As it happens, my review is not actually about this apartment. I rented the place you see here in July but on September 14, well after I had made my final payment and only 6 days before we were to arrive, Victoria contacted me to say we could not stay there after all. They had started renovations that very day but would move me to a “better” place. Better seemed to mean because it had an additional bedroom, which we did not need. The new place is VRBO # 6495366ha. We were not happy. We liked the style of the place we had tried to rent, the patio, the slightly better location, the general openness. The new space was jammed with furniture trying to accommodate up to 6 in a tiny space. But there was by then no time to try to find a new place and get a refund. The renovations must have gone well because the apartment we had wanted was on offer again very soon.
I had explained our arrival details by message twice. When we arrived at the address after 25 hours of flying the door to the building was locked and there was no one in sight. I phoned and a man hung up on me. Eventually the door opened and the non English speaking cleaning woman let us in and up to the apartment. None of the lights or A/C worked and she could not explain. It turned out that there was a key lock in the flat which needed to be turned on to activate all the electricity. Even then no A/C. And the cards left there had the wrong wifi login info. I called and was told someone would come in 10 minutes to sort things out. In the end it took almost an hour.
The coffee maker leaks immediately when water is added; brew fast! The shower curtain is moldy. There were ants in the kitchen. Our bed was comfortable enough but it was good we did not need the thin twin beds. The location was great, if not as close as the flat we had tried to rent.
Of the 9 places we rented over 3-1/2 weeks this was the least satisfying.

Wonderful Holiday in Seville
From our first contact with Victoria, her response was prompt and very helpful, especially with regards to leaving our luggage at the apartment as we arrived before check in time. The access to the apartment was very smooth, we were met by a man who allowed access to the apartment and explained everything to us, and recommended places to go and see. Anyone travelling abroad knows that is a great start to a holiday. The apartment itself was just as advertised, if not better. The location could not have been better, with regards to seeing all the sites, everything was within a short walk. My wife and I will come back to Seville again as we had such a good holiday and we will try and stay in Victorias apartment again. Also I would recommend the apartment to friends.

Great location in Sevilla!
We enjoyed our visit to Sevilla and this property was ideally situated. The apartment faces a busy street but the blackout shutters block the noise. There is an elevator, which is useful when moving luggage. The building is located on a small alley that is easy to miss when driving by. We had a bit of a mixup at check in but it was handled quickly. We drove in and arrived on a busy Saturday. Navigating the narrow city center streets and traffic was not easy, and parking was a challenge on that busy afternoon. But once the car was situated we had a fantastic time. Really loved Sevilla and recommend this property.

Fantastic Apartment in City Centre
Really enjoyed our stay in your apartment, it was nice and clean and very well equipped and the location was just perfect, the air con was very much needed as it was so hot outside. The apartment fitted the description and the facilities were just fine for our stay, Should we ever come back to Seville, we would certainly stay here again. We very much enjoyed our tour around the Maestranza, tickets/times can be booked in advance or on the day.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location
This apartment was perfect for our 5 days in Seville. It was clean, spacious and located within a short walk of all the landmarks. It has bags of character and felt homely.
Only thing we could fault was the aircon in the bedroom was a little noisy but other than that a perfect stay. We will definately reccomend to others and potentially return!

Our trip to Seville
The apparent was very clean and as it was described. The most important thing is the location. We were able to walk to all attractions, and not once in 4 days had to call a cab or use public transportation. The supermarket is literally next door as well as many good tapas restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location
Just returned from an amazing trip to Seville made even more perfect because we stayed in such a wonderful apartment. Location and facilities excellent and very secure and safe. Loved the balcony off the bedroom and the terrace. Dealing with Victoria has been an absolute delight. She responded to any queries I had quickly and made the apartment available to as soon as we arrived around lunchtime. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay and would thoroughly recommend this apartment to fellow travellers. Pity our visit was only a short one

A stunning apartment in the center of everything!
If you are looking for a place to stay in Sevilla, you have found it! This is a perfect, large apartment with all of the comforts of home at a reasonable price. A wonderfully comfortable bed, amazing blackout blinds that will help to block out the light and noise of the city, a balcony overlooking the busy pedestrian way and a private terrace, there really is nothing bad to say about this apartment.
There is a space to park to unload your vehicle, and secure parking is very near. Be warned though, you may find it easier to park first, as it is on a one way street and located just before the apartment.
Walking distance to all of the big sites, its easy to enjoy the city from this great base, and find your way back in to the cool when the temperatures rise in the afternoon. Any restaurant you could want is only steps away, and the supermarket right next door is a huge benefit!
Strong wi-fi was certainly helpful, plus a good selection of television channels if a day in is wanted. We spent an afternoon doing some laundry and relaxing, and it was just what we needed.
When we initially booked the apartment, it was only for two nights, and my wife and I decided we wanted one more day in the city. We found that all it took was a quick message to Victoria, and she was able to confirm it was available one more night. To be so easy really made it worth it too. When we arrived, Juan was there to show us all of the features of the apartment, and told us to reach out to him with any questions.
This was the perfect location in an amazing city!
If I had to stay in Sevilla for one day or for one year, this is the apartment I would choose!

Excellent spot for procession viewing during Holy Week
The apartment was great! Very clean and very centrally located. The kitchen was equipped (but we only made coffee and toast). There is a market steps away that met all our needs. A coffee shop was also across the street. Lovely patio when the weather is good. Seemed very safe behind three locked doors. We would return.

This apartment is huge for two people but very affordable and location is amazing
Centrally located apartment to most major sites, and restaurants. Javier met us when we arrived and I loved his enthusiasm and positive attitude. We chatted about where to go and how to get to things we wanted to see.
We loved the shopping food and going to see a Flamenco show. A must is a quiet walk to Puenta de Isabel bridge for the sunset and hang out for drinks and tapas. Nights can be noisy since crowds stay out later till 1am. Loved the price on this apartment. Very happy to have stayed. Stephen and Charmaine
