Fabulous hotel for pleasure or business that I hope I'll have the opportunity to visit again. The rooms (effectively small apartments) are beautifully designed and fitted with some of the best continental equipment, including contemporary Croatian furniture. Very well-located on the main road between Dubrovnik and the airport and with underground parking. Hip hotel with hip staff and hip restaurant.

Wine list prices were a little steep, but there's not much else to be negative about.

incredibly modern and spacious apartment just outside the old town of Dubrovnik. Massive apartment perfect for those needing some space and a place to unwind. The most comfortable bed and beautiful bath products. The breakfast was amazing, huge amount variety including fresh juices and freshly baked cakes and pastries. The rooftop pool had a beautiful lookout and the local beach is only a 5 minute walk away. It is set outside the main part of Dubrovnik with easy bus access or a 10 minute taxi/Uber.

we loved our stay however found that there weren’t enough deck chairs around the pool (very minor detail), otherwise loved our stay!

This is our favourite hotel in Dubrovnik area. We were in this lovely hotel several times and we consider it like our second home in Dubrovnik area. Excellent spotless clean suite with comfort well equipped kitchen are some of reasons that make us come again and again. Close to shopping centre is priceless. We recommend this fantastic hotel to all who appreciate clean and comfort suites with best services.

There is nothing to dislike. Everything is great!

Frendly FO staff, ready to go one step further in guest satisfaction. Brf not buffet but defintley to recomend. Very practical and tasty. One can order from the menu but also if the staff(kitchen) have possibility to tailor made your brf, they will gladly do it. All staff is practicing "Can do" attitude an providing, quite excelent service.

Super breakfast. Nice design features in hotel. Bus stop into town (and to airport although infrequent airport service) right nearby.

Strong smell of cigarettes in reception on arrival but this wasn’t there all the time. Our room didn’t smell thankfully. FYI taxi from airport charged us fixed price of €28 for 10 min journey to hotel. Should have got an Uber - half the price.

The pool was out of service for rhe first 2 days of my stay and then the weather turned which neant I didn't gwt to make much use of it.

Perfect location, 3 minutes to the beach, 50 meters to bus stop to Dubrovnik, 100 meters to a shopping mall with all European luxuries. Hotel has drinking water from tap, we drank it and it was alright. Breakfast was very good, local speacialties and the usual continental offer - I would think that all or most of it prepared by the kitchen (homemade). Big selection of cheese, ham/bacon, eggs, breads (including gluten free), cakes, croissant, jams, nutella, cereals, melon, cow milk and diary-free milk (oat, soy), fruits (melon, apple, ...), freshly pressed juices, even champagne, and other good stuff. We did not have a problem to have very satisfying breakfast each morning and we are quite picky eaters. Room was very luxurious, a lot of space, good air conditioning, big balcony. Hotel provides iron and ironing board on request free of charge. There was one extra toilet. Kitchen had microwave (with grill) to warm up pizza and kettle to cook coffee/tea in the mornings. There was even a dedicated work table for "home office". And two TVs for those who fancy it. Pool on the roof was very nice, warm water, very refreshing morning swim. There is shower, extra towels and sunbeds. Bathrobe and slippers available in the room. Most importantly there was very friendly and knowledgable staff - offered a lot of travel tips, including bus travel and daily boat trip.

At first I was attracted by the design and architecture, the rooms are cozy, well equipped, bed is super comfortable! The service and staff are quite polite, welcoming and very professional. The pool is fine size, has great terrace. Food buffet is well chosen, served and full of local products!
