Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and only 15 minutes on foot to the Olympic Stadium. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We easily found free parking on the street right in front of the building, and the car stayed safely for four days. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, with high-quality finishes. We had no issues with hot water, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with the keys handed over to an administrator who was almost always available in the building.
The TV did not work because there was no cable subscription.

Property is spacious, beautifully decorated and practical for a family (room to cook at home etc). Area is great. Near metro and has cafes, restaurants and grocery shops.

The flat is clean and very well decorated.
We feel we are in a Greek apartment as a guest. The building is very quit and hight standing. We loved it. We will definitely come back if we have a chance.

Excellent location (approximately 25-minute walk from Syntagma Square), very clean and modern apartment with all necessary facilities including central heating and air conditioning.
The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit hard. Other than that everything was perfect.

Wonderful spot! We had four guests stay here, two rooms and a large spacious living room. Lovely rooftop terrace was perfect. This location was walkable to many restaurants and a few sights, short taxi/uber to see everything that we wanted. We were able to have an early check in to align with our flight and were met at the apartment to get the keys. Would highly recommend this spot and stay here again hands down!

Beautiful two bedroom apartment with great location. Within walking distance to majority of sites and close to metro. The apartment had all amenities, and provided shampoo, conditioners, washing powder...

This apartment is a good size for the price in central Athens, and a great location - just half an hour's walk from the Acropolis and other archaeological sites, with cafés, bakery and other shops just around the corner. It was clean, well-equipped, comfortable and had welcome aircon and wifi. Our host was very kind and patient following our flight delay, and was always able to help with our queries. Thoroughly recommend.

Very nice and tidy apartment. A bit further away from the main attractions than I had anticipated, but this is only due to the 42 degree heat. In normal temperatures, the walk would be fine.

It's a 30min walk to all the attractions. We enjoyed the roof for evening drinks with a view of the city and acropolis. Quite spacious.
Parking is difficult. We got lucky with a a free spot right opposite the apartment building. But I guess it's the same anywhere in the city centre of Athens.

Everything!!! From the helpful host to the beautiful apartment and roof terrace! Everything was so clean and after coming from the Islands it was bliss to have all those little extras like a dishwasher and a washing machine!!! 😉

Host was there to greet us. Clean apartment, location was nice. Had a lot of coffee bars in the area and 15 minute walk to attractions.
I would have liked some more water bottles stocked in the refrigerator with some snacks.

Clean, comfortable apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms - great for 2 couples. Not on a busy road (hard blinds on windows so sleep is good), nice restaurants and cafes 3 minutes away.

The apartment was clean and close to station and Greg was very helpful. The apartment was close to some lovely restaurants and was well equipped. Although my kids missed English TV which is normal in Greece. We didn't find thar an issue at all. Lovely place

Greg was a very flexible and nice host. He kindly offered any help if we need it. The garage was just the perfect size for the car, but you need to reserve it in advance. The rooms are big and each bedroom has an attached bathroom. The kitchen and living room are very big. The living room has a small balcony. On the top floor (sixth floor) is a big balcony with ht nice view of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill.

Gorgeous apartment in a lovely residential area of Athens. Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with charming furniture and antiques. Excellent shower. Easy access to public transport including train to the airport. Good shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Parking in Athens is extremely challenging. The allocated car space was not big enough for our mid-sized car. We opted to return the vehicle and use public transport which worked well. Arriving at the property is stressful as there is nowhere to park while you track down the keys. However this would undoubtedly be the case with any holiday apartment and did not detract from our stay in this beautiful home.
