very roomy, gorgeous design, perfect location. Laundry and small kitchenette was very helpful mid-trip. on a beautiful plaza with restaurants and cafes right at the door, yet the apartment was very quiet.

no elevator so not appropriate if you have extra large luggage or mobility issues.

Fantastic apartment! Loved the interior design

Very modern, all amenities and equipment worked absolutely well. They have a modern two-in-one oven and microwave. Perfect space saving and sleek unit. The place is compact yet spacious, with high ceilings, crockery are very complete. There is also a drying rack which is perfect for travellers after washing clothes without having to hang out the laundry all over the unit. It even has a google nest which is a night light. Wifi worked very well. Very well thought our plan for a unit. Love the fact we didn’t need to carry any keys nor keycards with us. Hence very calm and peaceful about not worrying about calling any locksmiths.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely building. Everything was really thought out. Lots of nice touches like Nespresso pods and jam and the Bose speakers.

Great location smart apartment able to check in early and store luggage on departure

It was really easy to check in, although not ideal to have to walk up to the third-floor with all of our luggage. I think it was a fair price based on that and the apartment itself was lovely and very comfortable. We loved the location and were impressed that it could be right on the place without being noisy.

My only complaint was that there was no elevator. I also would have liked to have conditioner for my hair.

Incredible 10-star location and beautifully decorated, modern apartment

The AC was locked at 21 degrees Celsius and did not circulate well (or at all) into the bedroom so we could not sleep on then king bed all night. we had to move to the pullout sofa in the living room which was awful and very uncomfortable (even though the temp and circulation was better in that room). We felt the owner was a bit dishonest with us. We booked for 2 nights and after an extensive flight delay, we would only be at the property for a late check in and early check out for 1 night. We asked for a credit/refund for the extra night and instead of politely telling us “no,” the owner said Booking.com does not allow for this change which is untrue. I know because we have a rental property and have rented it on Booking.com. It’s owners discretion. Then, coupled with the horrendous hot room and terrible night’s sleep on the sofa, we still received no refund credit. Again, not straightforward info from the owner… she said the AC wasn’t working and someone would come repair it and thanks for letting her know privately and not on the review site. The AC wasn’t broken… it was locked to conserve cost and isn’t built well to circulate to the back bedroom. In all, we very, very much overpaid for what we got in return (a poor nights sleep). FYI, you cannot drive to the apartment and drop off bags, they must be carried from the car park about a 5-7 min walk away on cobblestone streets, then carried up a tall set of stairs.

perfect location with excellent service

The location is fantastic and the decor/furnishings of this small flat were beautiful. The kitchen and all of its amenities was a bonus although we didn't stay long enough to use it fully. We really loved the property. Sofia's ice cream store below usually results in a lot of people hanging outside the front door, but what wasn't really ever an issue.

We obviously booked this place because it had a sleeper sofa and separate bedroom for 2 single ladies. However, the 'fine print' of charging 30 Euro extra per night if you actually sleep on the soft wasn't clear from Booking.com. You should probably indicate that and the amount a little more clearly so the total price is fully disclosed at time of booking. The Booking.com website just indicated that there might be an extra charge.

Such a great apartment in the perfect location! The interior is very cozy, inviting and comfortable, equipped with the things you need. Beds are very comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. We traveled as a family and we just loved the design of the property and the entire experience. I highly recommend it and would love to stay again.
