Good location nice views,
Signs of damage around the apartment a bedroom unit was hanging off the wall, a broken lamp left in the apartment, felt the need to walk around on arrival and take pictures just in case they tried to blame us for damage.

Perfect for large family travelling the apartment was very spacious, complete amenities.
Only 1 parking slot available.

- Clean and comfortable, spacious and good that thry provide kitchen with amlost full equipment.
- Very poor customer service, rude & slow service.
- Management showing less interest to assist their customers.
- No proper checking in and out. Receptionist was held by security?
- Difficult to come in and out of the building (access needed atc)
- Parking was only available for 1 car per unit (please think that some unit provides more than 5 pax, giving 1 access of parking to 1 car is not enough and not convenient as you cannot expect that we will only bring 1 car knowing that we have more than 5 pax living in that 1 unit for example 9 pax).
- Parking is very difficult to find.
- Unhelpful guide from the management
- Management were too slow to act on some complaints (leaking from the aircond, hose etc)
- Some of the facilities were only available for short staying customers ? Remember we are also you customer and we pay for your service, it is not worthy at all. Please revise your rules and management control.

Great excellent location, cozy place, friendly and responsive host, clear check in instructions.
The air conditioner in some of the rooms are not working really well. Its not cooling. And there were some stains on the bed linens.

The Apartment is good for family in terms of space

Location was good. It's situated in the center of town with food outlets located nearby. The unit was spacious & clean. Nice view of the river & sea side.
The pillow was not comfortable. It was too hard for a good night sleep.

All basic necessities were prepared, the kitchen fully equipped and there was a good view from the balcony. The location was perfect and easy checking in and checking out. The apartment was also safe as the security was exceptional.
Some of the lights in the living room did not work and the bed arrangement in one of the rooms blocked some of the wardrobe access.

The towels and bed sheet have black spots on them even tho it looks clean. Suggest to replace new one as it looks unhygenic

All facilities were complete and clean. The cooking pots, plates, utensil etc, was fully provided. Others like towels, blankets and pillows also provided. Good air conditioner, working water heater and access to wifi and wifi speed connection is good. No complains.
Its clean and spacious. Nice place to stay for family trip.
The staff were not that friendly, but not rude. I think they keep it professional and neutral. And very helpful also.
Overall, its a good experience to stay with the affordable price.
Limited parking space and card access provided. Only one car park provided. Other cars had to park outside. Due to one card access, its quite inconvenience to entry the building apartment (need access to lobby entrance, lift, car park area and apartment). But its understandable, its due to safety reason.

It’s good.
There was no water to drink kept. And the tap water was very muddy. We had to go down and buy our own water.
There is not hot water kettle, have to use the induction heater to boil water. Crazy.

The host response to my requirements are dealt with speedily. The mentioned of swimming and gym are not for short stay is useful BUT will be better if mentioned at time of booking so clients can make informed decisions

The check-in process simple and easy, apartment in the central town and the security personnel were helpful. The living room was spacious and had good, solid furniture, including a dining table.
However, there was a lack of signage to help guests navigate the building, which caused confusion upon exiting the elevator. Additionally, the air conditioning was not blowing cool air throughout the apartment, and only one room had satisfactory cooling. Furthermore, the water heater was not functioning adequately.
