Great size appartment modern and very comfortable bed

My only thing which is a personal preference we prefer body wash not soap we struggle to find anything negative

The location was good but our experience with the cleanliness of the apartment & the money we paid, made us not enjoy our time here.

The apartment is not 'luxury' & not value for money, it was not clean and we discussed this with property manger who said would give a part refund but have not heard anything since we left. Disappointing.

The middle toilet hadn’t been cleaned - it was looked like floor not vaccuumed or mopped since prior guests had been there.

The location is excellent. Very quiet complex. Kitchen well equipped. Unit 5 was a 2 bedroom unit with 1 room locked off thus we had 2 bathrooms which was a bonus and abundance of room in the living area/kitchen. Balcony good size too.

Lack cushions on furniture, a bit quirky in it decor re wall paper but overall very comfortable.

Beautiful amenities, comprehensive facilities and tasteful furnishing.

Had a beautiful stay, the place was really nice definitely lux! Very accommodating with requests as well! Location was perfect as well, literally on the main strip so could walk everywhere including the beach!

Noise from Ocean Beach Pavilion (very loud dance music) until 1 am Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. impacted our sleep significantly

Nice apartment for our family of 4 .

I am most annoyed that we were not informed re the nightly deafening noise (from the nearby pub and which went to 1.30 am).As I am recovering from surgery I would have prepared appropriately .The manager was very apologetic but it was out of her hands however the other staff member at the front desk tried to suggest no one else had complained and that I was lying. Also for the price a few welcoming goodies eg chips ,chocolates, wine would have been appreciated given it was Xmas.

it’s a great apartment. very clean, spacious, modern and in a great location

the upstairs apartment played very loud music until 1am for the both nights we were there. we had a little one and two couples and none of us got to sleep until after 1am so it really left us with a poor experience

fantastic facilities , comfortable bed

very noisy location: lots of traffic noise and construction noise directly in front , very loud partying and music playing from the penthouse ( one day went for 8 hrs) on two of the four nights we stayed despite the house rules stating no partying and no noise but when we complained about the noise the staff responded to say only after 11 to 12 pm would they notify penthouse ( noise did cease at 11.30 one night and 12.30 other)

Stayed here for Christmas! We had two of the ground floor apartments, they were absolutely perfect. Ideal location with the beach and town on your door step. The apartments were spotless and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Picturs did not do the general living spaces justice. The living area is much bigger than it looks online!
