La casa es perfecta para pasar unos días en Menorca, ubicación inmejorable y bien equipada

Situation parfaite aux portes du joli village de Binibequer Vell. La piscine est magnifique, en mosaïques, longue et profonde pour vraiment nager. La maison est charmante avec son toit terrasse d’où l’on voit la mer et le coucher de soleil. De là on rayonne facilement sur l’île et on est à 15 minutes de Maho. Mi septembre un peu hors saison c’était un havre de paix. Merci Andy pour votre accueil et gentillesse (late check out and check in)!

We absolutely would highly recommend this place to stay. It’s pool was Clean,Cool and well maintained and our young son spent his days soaking up the sun. The location is super close to a grocery store and many cafes and restaurants and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much from the Clarke’s.

Pictures really don’t do this villa justice. The villa itself is very comfortable and very well presented. The outdoor space is much bigger than the pictures suggest as is the pool. And who doesn’t like a roof terrace. All communication with Andrew and Sarah was very easy and they even managed to sort out an early check in and late checkout for us. Would highly recommend this villa.

Very pretty , cosy property having everything you need for a relaxing stay ! Helen , property manager , is amazing and does all she can to help.Would definitely recommend for both couples and family alike.No car needed as all facilities are 2-3 minutes walk away.We will definitely book again ! Beautiful villa we live binibeca anyway been staying here for over ten years , however forst time in this villa , perfect location right where we need to be , the villa has everything you need air con is amazing lol , brand new bathroom , hope we can get two weeks here next summer , Only one thing which i believe is needed is a nice big parasol to cover my bald head from burning haha , although there are plenty at the villa to use anyway .

This is a lovely little villa that is very well equipped and has a lovely homely feel. Sadly it is in need of a bit of an update and could be made to feel much bigger if the rather large sideboard was removed and a smaller unit put in its place . Also all the kitchenware that is in the sideboard could easily be relocated to the kitchen as plenty of space in cupboards. Could do with new towels and mattresses or toppers, having said this it would not put me off staying again. The property was spotlessly clean which makes up for any other negative points ,also the pool is wonderful and love the location.. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Pool saw sun all day long and was very welcoming.This property may be acceptable as the owners second home but falls well short of the expectations of a holiday villa rental.Beds and mattresses were small hard and noisy, bed linen was sparse.One hand towel and small bath towel per person which were threadbare and well used. No pool towels provided which should have been noted under the description in the advert.Although fans were provided they were old, noisy and not able to maintain at least a somewhat comfortable temperature, especially during the hot summer months.Garden and Barbeque access hampered by overgrowth

First time to Menorca and the island and the villa didn’t disappoint. Binibeca is a great area if you don’t want a resort feel and lots of tourists. Hire a car as driving is easy and you can see lots of the island in a week. The villa was perfect for a family of four and the pool and location are the real stars. We felt so at home and were sad to leave.

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and we love it. The location is great. There are 2 supermarkets that are less than a 5 minute walk and also restaurants and a souvenier shop. The village is so pretty with its white washed buildings. the bus stop is also less than a 5 minute walk. The swimming pool at the villa is lovely and big, hard to beat, my daughters did not even want to go to the beach. it is a very homely villa and I would definately like to go back again one day. Thank you Andrew and Sarah for sharing your lovely holiday home.

This was the first time my 2 children age 2(nearly 3) and age 7 had been abroad, so I really wanted it to be good and the villa did not disappoint. I also took along my Mum and Dad as their Christmas present (and to babysit). The pool was amazing, it was a lot bigger than I expected and my 7 year old did not want to get out. The villa was so homely and had everything in it. The location was great, the supermarket and restaurants were just round the corner. We did not hire a car, but probably would next time as the sandy beach was a bit far for the kids to walk in the heat, although we were happy by the pool and only went to the beach once. There was a little train that went to Punta Prima which was great fun. There was a lovely restaurant along the main road with had sea views (didn't get the name of it), but it was really nice. I love Binibeca, if you like quiet resorts, then this is perfect. I do not like going to the same place twice, but I would definately come back to this Villa. Thank you

The villa was everything it advertised and more, clean well appointed and in a quiet location. The directions to reach it from the airport were spot on. There was a comprehensive guide to the area, restaurants, beaches, shops etc. at the villa and the owners had left nothing wanting. Our first time on the island but definitely not our last, can't wait to return. We enjoyed the beaches, cove hopping, Mao and Ciutadella and wind surfing in Fornells. The restaurants and bars and shopping were perfect, we would highly recommend this villa.

We have been to the island in 7 villas and locations - this was perfect. I think we will have to book very early as everyone seems to think the same "a little bit of heavan". The location is one our favourite it was peaceful, clean, ideally equipped, close to beaches and good restaurants. We hired a car and went to Mahon, Cuitadella, monestry, Punta prima, Fornells - really did not want to come home after a wonderful fortnight. The customer service is first class from Andrew + Sarah, and Helen the caretaker in Menorca - nothing is to much trouble. Perfect holiday - thankyou for sharing your home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casita Delfin. The villa is perfect for a family: clean, spacious and very well equipped. In addition to the usual things you would expect to find, the owners have kindly left lots of other useful items, including picnicware, coolbox and icepacks, UK plug adaptors, guidebooks, and a DVD and fictional book library. For us, the pool and surrounding area was the best feature of the villa. It is a very good size and kept well shielded from the outisde world. We enjoyed many a breakfast, lunch and dinner outside, including a number of BBQs. The pool is a great size and perfect for people with young children. We also really enjoyed the locale of the villa. Binibeca is a wonderful place if you enjoy the peace and tranquility away from the larger resorts. The visitor is, however, very well catered for with a beautiful beach, wonderful coastline and a good selection of restaurants and small shops all in Binibeca. It also makes an excellent base from which to explore the island both by car and by bike. Highly recommended.

We have been holidaying in Menorca every year for the last 15 years, initially with our children and now with our grandchildren. We have always stayed in villas, but this year we have found our perfect villa. The reason for this is that this a FAMILY villa which is used by a family and fitted out as a home and is left that way for its guests. The villas we had visited previously had been used as holiday lets and lacked any character.This villa has all the things you would have in your own home, books, games for the children (and adults). DVD's, CD's ' first aid kit, spare bulbs. bags, the list goes on. There are guide books instruction info for appliances etc. For us this a home from home so much so that we all want to go back next year, including the children. I would like to thank Andrew and Sarah for allowing us to stay in their home

I have been visiting Menorca for over 20 years now, so I tend to know a good deal and nice accommodation when I see it! This property was exceedingly well priced and very well equipped and looked after. The pool is ideal and very private, There's plenty of outside space to chill out, and the roof terrace is fab! Rooms are comfortable, have everything you need and the property is well situated to reach the main areas of Binibeca and Binibeca Vell.

A clean and well-furnished villa offering a home-from-home holiday where everything has been thought of! Villa is situated in a fantastic area, a short walk from shops, restaurants and beautiful beach. There is a wonderful sea view from roof terrace, especially at sunset. My husband and I really enjoyed the good-sized private pool. Casa Delfin was a perfect base for a combination of relaxation and sightseeing.

Beautiful location with a fantastic pool! The accommodation is very clean, simply decorated and furnished however sufficient! The area itself is absolutely beautiful with breath taking views! It's good to hire a car to e polite the area as there is so much to the island and it's not very big!
