We had a great vacation!! We were well pleased with the beautiful views and the wonderful condo. The pictures are accurate and in person is even better. The unit is well stocked with everything you will need during the stay from the kitchen to chairs, umbrella etc for the beach. The access to the beach is close and easily accessible. We also enjoyed the very clean pool and hot tub area. We will plan on future vacations at Cape Winds.

This property was really nice in a great location that was safe and very close to the beach, just a walk out the back of the property on the boardwalk and we were there. Our second floor balcony looked out at the beach just like the picture. Nice parking, great pool. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely recommend it!

Had a great time. Love hat it it was on second floor with beautiful view. Large enough for 4 and the furnishings was clean and comfortable. Only provided three beach towels and 3 beach chairs for 4 people. But was definitely managed and had a great time.

Overall, it was fantastic! Great location, accurate description, nice place. Wish they had paper towels, a few more regular towels and more washing machine soap. But I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! We were just here a couple nights, but a perfect place to drink coffee and watch the sunrise and walk to the beach!

The pictures online were exactly how it was in person. Beautiful view of the ocean, great beach access, enjoyable pool and hot tub experience. It’s not extravagant but just right for a vacation with a family on a budget.

We had a amazing stay. The place was a pleasant place to stay. Lots of things to use in the room from games to beach supplies. The beds were so comfortable. I had no issues with noise . The only thing we heard was the ocean waves. The club room by the pool was handy also. The site was in the process of building new grill pits also. The stay was one I will go back and stay again. My teenage kids loved it.

Loved the view of the ocean and beach. Stayed here with my family of four. Good size bedrooms and comfortable and bright living area. Nice breakfast bar. Only con was noise from hallways as bedrooms face the back. Not a problem for my husband and me as we were up early, but if you are a late sleeper it may be annoying as it was for our teen children. We would definitely come back.

Loved the beach & pool and balcony that overlooks the ocean. We even got to see the space x launch which was amazing. We enjoyed the beach closet full of supplies. Even left a few beach toys -umbrella needs fix. Would definitely come back to Cape Canaveral beach but would choose to stay somewhere else. We were there for a week & before we had our vacation i contacted the management company about any possible construction- as well as letting them know i had a mold allergy & wanted to make sure the unit would be mold free. There was mold in master bath visible in shower under the chipped tiles/wallpaper. The place smelled musty & air coming out of the vents didnt smell fresh/clean. Baseboards dirty & some looked damaged by water. I had terrible skin reactions, headaches, insomnia the entire time. The vent fan in the master bath didnt work while we were there so we only were able to use that shower once because of the wetness literally dripping from the ceiling and humidifiying the unit. The unit was half renovated with the extra stuff stored under the master bed. Out of the 7 days we were there, there was only one day we werent awakened at 7:30 am by renovating noise in other units. There was also a fire inspection in our unit on monday and the water was shut off building wide on wednesday from 9:30 to 2. As a family with 4 young kiddos none of this was ideal. The wallpaper throughout the unit was old and stained in places. The dryer was literally taking two hours+ load. They want you to wash & dry towels for next guests-covid!! Master bedroom bed was not great at all. My husband slept in a different room. Just disappointed that the things i preemptively asked about and told it was all good, like the mold and constant renovations, existed. In our unit it sounded like someone was using a jackhammer and pounding on pipes right next door. In reality the units werent right next door but the building carries the noise terribly. On vacation you hope to awaken peacefully not be scared awake. We were thankful for all the supplies offered in the unit, a place to stay, and for the amazing view. The only message that we sent to mgmt was a text to the guy you are supposed to for immediate responses- about the upcoming fire & water shutoff. No reply. so we figured we had nowhere else to go, so we would just make the best of our stay. We did. But i would caution anyone to not stay here until renovations are complete in this unit & for the building as a whole.

Very nice property. Very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Location on the beach was excellent.

We love staying at Cape Winds in Cape Canaveral and this unit was one we would book again. Great location and a very comfortable master bed.

This property had a perfect view of sunrise, very spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked including sand toys and chairs for the beach. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels. Some updates have been done but the place could use a few more. The handle on the sliding glass door was broke off. Overall it was a relaxing stay for our family with a great view.

We loved the condo. The view was great and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were there for a rocket launch that was very easily visible from the beach. Our kids loved the pool

Codo was clean, spacious, and beachfront. Unit was a very short walk to the pool/hot tub being on the 2nd floor. Condo complex was uncrowded and very laid back.

Great location within walking distance to beach. Perfect for a family get-away!

We needed a short "staycation" at the beach after 5 months of quarantine and isolation. My family enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely going back for a longer stay next time. As lifetime Florida residents, we have tried many many short term rentals, and have been often disappointed, but not here.

We had a great time and were very satisfied. Time for new mattresses on the twin beds.

Cape winds 204 balcony had a wonderful view for watching activity on the beach, passing cruise ships and even a rocket launch.

You would not wish for a better location. Located on the beach, yet on the second floor so the view was great. Close enough to walk to grocery stores and the local tiki bar . Slight problem with the toilet but it was resolved in a timely manner

Loved the particular unit we had! It was on second floor and close to pool and of course the beach. Couple of lights didn’t work, and dishwasher wasn’t emptied by housekeeping before we arrived and towels were in dryer that I folded from previous tenants, but overall, very nice. Bathrooms were spotless which means the most to me!
