Excellent hotel with very good facilities. Staff were friendly and efficient. Perfect for Bordeaux airport.

Great staff. The size of the room was perfect. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

The room decoration was awful. All grey, looked like a prison. Also the lights were horrible. The room is big, but not cosy at all! The whole decoration of the hotel is very old fashioned. At the gym room there are lots of missing equipment.

The room was huge and the beds and pillows so comfortable. Best pillows of our trip! The bar/lounge area was very nice.

The restaurant was unfortunately not open which made dinner difficult. Also their airport shuttle wasn’t running which was also very inconvenient.

when asked for a bottle of water, gentlemen asked me to pay for it & when I told him it wasn’t mentioned he said oh ok take it for free. Principles weren’t in place.

The hotel has ample parking and the room was spacious, bed comfortable.

I was incredibly disappointed to learn the restaurant was closed after driving for 9 hours! The receptionist prepared a microwave meal - room service - which was pretty awful but I ate it because I was so hungry. I was really disappointed with the whole experience as my parter and I stayed years ago and had a really wonderful stay en route to Spain. I wanted to feel happy returning to a place we know but it has changed and sadly declined.
