i was expecting a hotel but it wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed the bed is so bad and very noisy every movement you do will wake you up couldn't sleep the whole night the toilet was even worse that's not a place to stay even one hour

First of all I had a very big challenge to communicate with them for changing dates , i needed to contact booking to help me solve it then when we arrived they say that there no breakfast due to corona even thought we paid and no information wasn’t given before we arrive. The property were dark and the carpet that shapes the stairs lost its color due to being dirty for too long. The room was okay, the furniture had some worn damage , the floor needed wax, everything wasn’t cleaned property, we even encountered a huge insect in the floor walking around. The place is more like a hostel than a hotel, the cleaning lady even lives there. I’m still waiting for my refund of the breakfast.

Nearby Underground Station link. Heat inside room excellent. Shower Water Hot 24/7. Crew Service excellent and nice at desk when entering and polite. Explanations given how to move in town with Transportation Means and assist on where to eat dowtown and around.
