neighbourhood doesn’t inspire safety, as some of the guests didn’t contribute much for making us feeling safe there. Doesn’t seem to be a family hotel. Pictures shown are not for all the rooms - bathroom, kitchen and furniture are old and look dirty. Didn’t feel safe to use the towels, sheets and blankets. The mattress was totally deformed, luckily we were very tired. Cannot comment about breakfast, we preferred to go to Starbucks. Confins’ boarding area has 2 of them, before and past security.

Broken air con, WiFi that didn't "reach" our room, staff that were rude and unhelpful. Booking.com should have known this is not a 4 star and should not list as such. Organised a family reunion here and I felt ashamed of having booked this hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

Great staff, the apartment was lovely,big with lovely views. breakfast was nice and tasty. Good location.

there was not much in the apartment - glasses, cutlery, plates etc, so could not really use the kitchen. wifi was not great.

The room is spacious.

The air conditioning doesn't work and the hotel is across the street from a school and it gets very noisy in the morning.
