Hotel room is clean and of good size, simple but everything you need is available. Breakfast is great. Staff is friendly. Gym is okay and swimming pool is very nice to relax.

Excelente hotel! Quero deixar uma menção especial ao excelente atendimento prestado - e, principalmente, à solícita e cordial Fabiane, da recepção de manhã. Além dela ter me recebido muito bem no momento do check-in, me esclareceu prontamente todas as dúvidas por telefone e me deixou seguro para ir "curtir" o Rio de Janeiro em pleno dia de show da Madonna! Também quero destacar que, sem eu pedir, foi feito um upgrade de quarto - e que quarto! Amplo, espaçoso, com bons amenities, banheira, ar-condicionado... Enfim, vale muito a pena, principalmente porque fica numa localização estratégica na Zona Sul, a poucos minutos do metrô Largo do Machado e do Aterro do Flamengo.

Foi uma estadia curta de apenas uma diária, porém, foi muito boa e agradavel. Hotel super bem organizado, limpo, quarto espaçoso, cama muito confortável. Com ótimo café da anhã. Atendeu minhas expectativas.
O banheiro ótimo porém, senti falta de ganchos para pendurar roupa.

Acomodação e atendimento são excelentes. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e claros, com bom isolamento acústico. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e solícita.
O espaço destinado às refeições parece pequeno para acomodar os hóspedes, assim como a distribuição dos réchauds e displays de alimentos na área do salão não contribui para uma movimentação fluente dos hóspedes. Seria interessante rever o projeto de interiores.

Da agilidade e profissionalismo do gerente, Sr. Ary Martins. Ocorreu um pequeno incidente com o meu veículo no estacionamento do hotel quando estava sendo manobrado pelo funcionário responsável, digo: manobrista. Todavia, o gerente agiu com presteza e profissionalismo com o intuito de resolver o incidente em questão. Oralmente, chegamos a um acordo satisfatório, ou seja, houve um comprometimento do gerente em ressarcir o pequeno prejuízo provocado pelo funcionário do hotel.
Apenas do pequeno incidente que ocorreu.

We liked the location , it was close to the beach Flamengo, It took only 7-10 min to go there, about 2 km till center and only 2 min till metro on foot;
excellent breakfast and good bed.
The soundproofing between rooms was bad and our neighbour was very noisy

Location was excellent, staff very courteous and professional. Anytime we made a request with the front desk, it was answered promptly, always keeping the customer's satisfaction in mind.

Super breakfast, very safe and helpful staff. Room and bed were comfortable. staff allowed us to use swimming pool after the checkout. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

On the eve of March 7 though, there was brown-out that lasted for about 50-55 minutes! No one/nothing was done to inform us of what happened!
I asked one of the staff members the following day and no one seemed to be aware of what happened the night before.
Guests should not be kept in the dark; otherwise, our experience with this hotel was a very pleasant one!😀
They should provide a skid -proof mat.
Bathroom floor was so slippery so I used a towel for safety measures!

breakfast buffet and friendly staff
1) the hotel does not have the infrastructure for a well organized breakfast buffet. There was a huge line and they have to put people together at the same table.
2) I haven’t slept well during the 4 nights I was there due to excessive noise. The walls are like made of paper and you can literally hear everything what is happening in the adjacent rooms (and on the hall way). Never seen this before….They staff was friendly and made it possible to change rooms the second night but the issue wasn’t solved. The entire building is like this.
3) The rooftop pool is dirty and overcrowded.
