The pool & the ambiance. Usually i dont write but this time i must say that this hotel is very well concepted & everything will push you to say that it is done to make you confortable & satisfied

Breakfast was really good

Its not a 4 star hotel at all. Rooms are really old and not maintained properly.

Pool is too small for size of hotel, no sunbeds for all 3 days. Need to give more towels, shower mat etc.

Hotel overall appears to be environmentally-friendly with green policies. On top of that it has an excellent location.

Pool is to small, didn't get a double bed as promised and was not clean, whites towels discolored with stains.

Cleaness is poor, white sheets and towels stained and discoloured and the pool was way to small definitely needs upgrading

the sunbets are too little for the people staying at the hotel. they were putting their towls on sunbets by 2am for the morning and for the 2 days we were there we dod not find any sunbets. the poool is very small too

The breakfast was nice and rich. Plenty of options. The area was quite nice in the center and could walk around all facilities within minutes.

The staff were rude. We arrived 30 mins after check-in and our room was not ready. The receptionist told us to wait for 10 minutes and the room will be ready. Finally we waited an hour at a table in front of the reception before we check in. During this time i asked about 3-4 times if the room was ready and i was kept told to wait. At the end when the room was ready no one came to inform us and i asked again at the reception and finally they gave us the key. During this time no one offered us anything to drink and we did not get an apology for the delay.

the pool is not cleaned properly! also the rooms are not cleaned!! we stayed for 6 days and the toilet and bathroom was not cleaned!! i clean them by myself!!
