very spacious room and bathroom. It’s in the middle of the city. You step outside and arr in the heart of Cagliari. the only difficult this was parking since it’s so busy there.

Finding parking

the room was very spacious, extremely clean, and had lovely balcony doors!! the host was beyond accommodating, he was fantastic, so helpful and really made our trip. i would highly reccomend

Location was great, very convenient for the train station and Castello area. We could have an early check in and spend some time in the amazingly decorated living room. Bathroom was modern and clean

Our room had windows facing a sad dark narrow internal courtyard, with dead plants and equipments. There was not really contact with staff or any kind of breakfast (not even as paid option for as long as I know). It's more of an 'affittacamere'

+ Comfortable and well-furnished accommodation. Room was simple but spacious and everything worked well. + Staff was extremely helpful, lending us an umbrella for the beach and replenishing water in the room alongside towel changes. + Complimentary coffee offered in common area. + Excellent location at 10 minutes by foot from the train station.

- Coffee was not available upon our arrival, though the situation was corrected immediately. - A fridge or minibar would have been appreciated in the room. - Soundproofing was insufficient and street was quite noisy in the night hours, though it did not bother us in particular.

Beautiful baroque style property, that is spacious, clean and everything else in between! Francesco is a fantastic host who is always helpful and kind. We had an amazing stay in the heart of Cagliari!

No shampoo, conditioner or robes but still great.

Location to the main points to visit in city centre. Walking distance to the main ones and main squares to have lunch, dinner or some drinks. The decoration is very delicate and stylish, i loved. The room is spacious and comfortable, high ceilings and big bathroom.

If you have a car, a bit complicated to find parking at certain hours in the paid and free parking around. Air conditioner was a bit slow to cool the room.

Decor was lovely. Location is as central as it gets. Owner gave two good recommendations on places to visit and very easy going.

Poor lighting in hallway/stairwell. Difficult to find parking.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Cagliari with very friendly manager. The room was big, bright and clean. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again. We recommend it.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is good and very central.

The room only had one window that opened to a very small courtyard, so it was rather dark. Also, smells from the restaurant below entered the room when the window was open, making it hard to get some fresh air.

mattress was so hard like sleeping on the floor. and pillows thin like a sheet . they never changed our towels in 4 nights despite we left them on the floor. when I messaged the owner they left only one clean towel for two people . they never cleaned the room properly , only did the bed

Perfect location, easy self check-in, comfy bed, large common area with a microwave, plates, many types of glasses, little refrigerator and even a couch for take a coffee or wine. :)

Very poor and unstable wifi, weak parking options in the area, we had a room like a without windows because there was kind of “dirty wet shaft” apx. 3x3 metres with a window from another room on the opposite wall. The room in general looks different (more simple) then on Booking.com.
