What an amazing hotel, just spent a lovely week here, the hotel has large rooms, the food is delicious and plentiful, Arno is great and all his staff are incredible, friendly and helpful. Fantastic ..I hope to return one day!!

Ideally located for Sölden and the gondola. Fantastic staff that couldn't do enough for you and spotlessly clean. Great facilities and spacious rooms.

There is nothing I would change. I would however request a room overlooking pool towards Sölden as it gets the sun in the afternoon.

The staff was great. The breakfast and dinner were perfect to round off our ski days.

The gym opened at 8. It would have been nice to use the gym before our ski days.

No half board on Tuesdays - compensation only 10 EUR / person

Location. 3 mins walk from ski lift and town. Facilities in hotel great. Sauna, pool and steam after skiing a real bonus. Maid service superb. Breakfast and dinner were great and service too.

Not much. Maybe some music and a bit more lively bar in evening. Maybe a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities in room

The location is good, Staff friendly. The underground parking very helpful. The Dinner is good ( on ala cart bases with choose out of 3 main courses per dinner ). Very clean .

1. there is strange Day off of all the staff each Thursday, no dinner is served.. and each guest have credit of just 10 euro due to the reason that you will not have dinner this evening .. 2. The SPA aria is strange : no any person is there and if you need some help there is nobody’s to ask .. There is 3 Heating Beds inside SPA they are perfect when they are working, hence for some reason they are not works each day… The pool is in other aria - not together with the SPA, there is a cold water inside and no Jacuzzi is working ..

It was all perfect! amazing hospitality, great team, great breakfast and dinners, free parking, amazing view from the room.

Location- close to Giggijochbahn (300m), comfy ski room. Sauna zona. Good dinners. Underground parking space. A view from our room ( 3rd floor). Good wifi.
