Brakfast was not good at all

Staff are great and very quick to help. The location of the hotel is good as well.

There are no facilities in the room such as mini fridge, hair dryer, etc. The WiFi is also very poor as well. The room was a bit dirty, especially the bathroom. Considering the amount of money the hotel charges, management is cheap and doesn’t want to hire additional staff to take care of the hotel. The garbage and toilet seat were broken and the shower was VERY dirty. There are no laundry facilities as well?? This was easily the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in during our 3 weeks in India and yet it has been the dirtiest. Again, the staff was very nice but the people running the hotel suck as they’re not willing to hire staff to take care of the hotel and guests. Not the best value of money

The garden, spa and the open areas were good

The water was not at all hot, room was dead cold no heater is available, food was not upto the mark, snookers table is not good and it's not at all worth the value quoted. Doesn't look like a 3 start hotel

The ambiance is not good at all, there is no hospitality booking.com should consider to remove from its list. Charges are at par with 3* hotel service is equivalent to local lodge. Please avoid eastend munnar hotel

Best location in Munnar for sightseeing in all routes as it has a central location and easy access. Best hospitality and amenities you can find in the Munnar town area.

The best part that we liked was the hotel location, as all modes of transportation were available from here. The staff here were too good and humble. Even the Front office person was very good and had a knowledge of his work and dealt with all our queries in a decent manner. Even the breakfast buffet was good.

The only thing that we didn't like was the maintenance part of the hotel. Though the hotel has all the modern facilities to be served as observed but lacked in maintaining it. We are from the hotel background, felt that from the very beginning of our stay. Even the staff is aware of the problems. So it would be an advice for the higher management to kindly take a view in the maintenance part, as you have such good facilities but if they aren't kept properly then the entire experience goes down. Due to lack of staff and ignorance the facilities provided are going down. The buffet was good but due to lack of staff, replenishment of the counter was slow. This hotel has the capability to be the best as per design and the facilities provided, hopefully the next time we visit it meets our expectations.
