The view from our terrace was beautiful and the free parking on site was a bonus...the apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.

The only problem I found was that it was a bit far from everywhere so you definitely need a car to get around!

A rustic house with four flats that can also be joined together. The apartment was perfect for my two week workation since there was good wifi and it was just brilliant to sit on the terrace and enjoy beautiful sunsets behind three peninsulas of the Elba island. The lovely garden is home to songbirds and a barbecue. The owner was discreet and attentive, a technical issue was resolved within hours even though it was the weekend!

During my April trip, it was still chilly outside and even though the space heaters in the flat did a great job, the floor stayed quite cold, so don't forget to bring slippers :)

great location, beach and city of capoliveri is in walking distance. The interior of the appartement is very simple but good value for the money. Best thing in this appartment is of course the view from the terrace which is amazing.

For us the appartements were are little to close toghether, as they are wall to wall and you hear the neighbors, especially in our case as our neighbours had a child.
