Service was great, the restaurant staff specifically.

I booked a triple room for 4 days. The first day was in a double room that was badly maintained and noisy (heard people having sex loudly, and heard everything in the restaurant very early), not nice at all but I appreciate they gave me a place to sleep (not for the price I payed but at least I had a place). Other three nights we were moved to a muuuuuch better double room (always double). Since I was given a smaller room, I should have paid less but was charged as if it was a triple room for 4 days, they told me they couldn’t change the total because of Booking.

The room given to me did not meet basic expectations. The walls, bathroom, carpet, furniture need major renovation work. I will not recommend this place until management invests back in the property.

The atrium is beautiful and the breakfast was nice.

The rooms meet the bare minimum. Really run down. I definitely wouldn’t drink the water. Sink didn’t drain. Pool wasn’t clean. Rooms are super loud if anyone or anything is happening outside of your room. In fact, I guess the hallway needed to be vacuumed before 8 am on a Sunday. Plus regular city and hotel noise but there was no insulation. It’s like every noise is right on top of you. Bare minimum linens. One sheet. Air conditioner was finicky. But at least there was one! And no English at all. Overall, it got the job done but felt overpriced for the value provided. There are cheaper cleaner options in San Benito.

Was a nice spot if you are staying 1-2 nights. I felt safe the time I was there and the beds were comfortable.

The shower finally found a place with warm water. Ac was amazingly cold.

Got 2 rooms one with 2 beds and one with 3 beds and i ended up with 2 rooms with only 2 beds. When told to staff instead of finding a room with 3 beds they threw in a small twins size bed in a 2 bedroom. Very annoying. Breakfast wasn't to appetizing especially for picky eaters.

The pool and the garden are nice,and the workers are very educated and honestly.

Staff is very good and helpful.

Rooms are quite small and wahrooms are old style.
