Une lumière, lumineux, pratique, et bien équipé 2 chambres villa de vacances moderne situé à Atlantic Reach, un complexe de vacances axé sur la famille. La maison est idéalement située pour servir de base à explorer tout ce que Cornwall a à offrir.
Pour maintenir les coûts à un niveau abordable, l'utilisation des installations du site n'est pas incluse dans le coût des vacances. Cependant, il ya un café / bar convivial sur place pour les clients à utiliser et les enfants peuvent utiliser l'aire de jeux extérieure. Pendant les fêtes de fin d'année, vous trouverez un magasin sur place pour tous vos produits alimentaires et non alimentaires essentiels. Le bar-restaurant Manor Arms peut, au moment de la rédaction, être utilisé en dehors des périodes de vacances principales. .
Cette propriété est à proximité des plages de surf de Newquay et North Cornwall et est bien placé pour servir de base pour explorer toutes les Cornouailles avec sa beauté sauvage, de belles plages, villes balnéaires pittoresques et des attractions telles que The Eden Project. Vous entrez dans la maison par les portes-fenêtres coulissantes dans le salon avec ses 2 canapés et sa grande télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD. Le thermostat pour contrôler le chauffage est sur le mur de droite à côté de l'armoire sous les escaliers qui contient la planche à repasser et le fer, le lit d'enfant et la chaise haute, les planches de bodyboard, les raquettes de tennis et les balles. Passant d'une armoire vient à la cuisine avec plaque vitrocéramique, four électrique, micro-ondes, et réfrigérateur-congélateur. Il est bien fourni avec la cuisine et les ustensiles et les sièges de table de cuisine 4 manger.
Les escaliers vous prendre à l'étage pour les 2 chambres à coucher avec salle de bain entre les deux. Le commutateur pour le chauffe-eau est situé sur le palier à l'étage à côté de l'interrupteur. La salle de bain moderne a handbasin, WC et douche quadrant. S'il vous plaît noter que les articles de toilette et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis. La chambre avant contient une table canapé-lit double, dressing et chevet modernes et récentes. Il y a aussi un grand placard. La chambre arrière a une paire de lits simples achetés récemment avec une table de chevet entre les deux. Il y a une armoire blanche pour vos vêtements. Les escaliers au-dessus armoires ne sont pas ouverts à l'usage des clients. Toute la literie, draps et taies sont fournis.
À l'avant est un patio pavé avec nouveau banc de pique-nique. Il y a un parking juste en bas de la maison, mais dans les périodes de pointe vous pouvez avoir à garer ailleurs. S'il vous plaît vous assurer que vous avez obtenu votre (gratuit) permis de stationnement à la réception lors de votre arrivée. À cette fin, nous vous demanderons de remplir et de retourner une forme simple (Let formulaire non réservation) avant l'arrivée. Nous enverrons également notre manuel de la maison avec des directions, des informations sur la maison et les endroits à visiter.

The property is well located and provided everything we needed for a clean and comfortable stay. We have stayed here 3 times now and will likely return.

It was lovely staying here, we stayed for a week at beginning of August 2022, the property was very clean, tidy, well looked after, kitchen was well equipped, large fan oven, microwave, bathroom with shower was perfect and all the beds were very comfortable indeed for a great nights sleep. No wifi except at site reception. However we are on Vodafone and got good 4G signal here, so all good. Large tv, sofas were comfy and lovely table in kitchen with 4 chairs for dining or playing board games. Also lovely little picnic bench outside too for sunny days. Parking is either near the property outside or there is a larger car park further down the bottom of the hill around the corner, which is still a short 3 min walk away. We could use all the site facilities apart from the Swimming Pools and Gym which we were not fussed about, as there are so many beautiful beaches nearby. Newquay is a 15/20min drive away and the site is only 5 mins from A30 so can visit lots of other places in Cornwall too. Kids enjoyed the arcade and play park, we went to Bar / Club House, had a lovely meal at the Manor Arms Restaurant the food was amazing!!! Overall one of the best Holidays we've had in a long time!!! Communication with owners was brilliant, will definitely be staying here again!!! We give this property 10 out of 10!!!

Visit Cornwall
No WiFi was a negative. It was down on 2 days at the Reception. 7 miles out from Newquay was too much for us. I may have missed it in the info given. Otherwise we were happy and enjoyed our break. Suggestion - put a note on the hot water switch not to switch it off. My friend from abroad switched it off so we had no hot water one day.

We had a very comfortable stay, everything was available in the house to make our stay most enjoyable. Atlantic Reach is within easy reach by car of all the attractions and beaches in the area. We would definately use this property for a holiday in the future. We didn't use the amenities at Atlantic Reach so were are unable to make comment. Communication with David the owner was excellent, the information provided made the check in very easy and seamless.

The development -fine for a short stay - 4 days. development is quite basic with little investment in improving landscaping. although promised internet twice - once when booking and the second on checking in, discovered that wifi worked fine only in the rather grim shop / cafe but that it was not actually connected to the internet! No plans or interest in doing so either. As we needed to stay in touch with family and 3rd party contacts this required a round trip of 10+ miles to go to the local library.Accommodation -This was basic but clean. We had a great time in Cornwall and the weather was kind to us. Our stay was helped by the property we stayed in It was very clean and well kept, the bed linen was clean and of good quality and we had everything we needed to make our holiday special.
I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful .

They property was well layed out, it had all the essentials! The atmosphere of the whole site was positive and welcoming, however there could have been a few ammendments with the place like a fan in the rooms for hot nights. But a lovely stay!

A good home away from home
We had a lovely holiday and this accommodation was equipped with everything we needed. It was comfortable accommodation and the location suited us as the rest of Cornwall was easily accessible (by car)

Lovely peaceful few days
We came with our dog and 17 and 14 year old. The property was just the right size and had everything we needed. The complex is peaceful and situated about 15 mins from Newquay. Would defiantly stay again.

Lovely clean accommodation. Looks much nicer than the photos. Great on site cafe. Would definitely come back. Only disappointment is that the pool wasn't available for guests.
