De tudo. Principalmente da cordialidade e solicitude dos funcionários.
A localização é ótima. Pode-se ir à pé para o Centro, porém, o hotel é na parte elevada da rua Villegas. Precisa-se um mínimo de condicionamento físico. Não chegou a ser um problema. Quanto a comodidade, poderiam disponibilizar touca e secador de cabelo. A persiana não abaixava por completo.

Funcionários não são tão simpáticos, não possui frigobar no quarto e a localização é numa ladeira.

Pues que para 80USD la noche, +10USD el parking por día, estaba francamente mal.
El baño estaba totalmente deteriorado. Muy viejo e incluso rota la cisterna.
La cama no tenía cubre colchón y la sábana se desencajaba, durmiendo directamente en el colchón. Lo cual es un asco. Las ventanas muy malas y se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle… y nos prepararon un desayuno express que vuestro vuelo salía por la mañana temprano que mejor dárselo a los peces. Los croissants estaban duros como rocas.

Great location and very friendly staff. It has everything you need if you want to be in the city center and explore Bariloche. breakfast was one of the better breakfasts we’ve had in Argentina. Also super close to a Hertz location if you’re looking to rent a car. The bed was great and soft.
We couldn’t get the heater turned off, which we would have liked.

My daughter and I went to Bariloche over the Christmas break. Elizabeth, who was working on Reception, was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of valuable information. This included where we could go to eat on Christmas Eve and where the best chocolate shops were, as well as the usual information that tourists need.

The location
Breakfast was supposed to be included in the rate but there was a very rude guy serving it and we ended up going somewhere else for breakfast. We bought a room with lake view and they told us they “upgraded “ us and gave us a room with a view of a brick wall. The hotel is no like the pictures!!!!

The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the decor. You could see the view of the lake from the room.
The main issue that was awkward was the breakfast. I probably would not go back to this hotel for this reason. It was not self serve and you had to tell the staff the day before exactly what time you would be eating the next day. The food was exactly the same each morning and if you didn't reserve a spot, you had to wait for a staff person to be available to fill your order which then had to be eaten in your room.

A pleasant hotel right in the centre of San Carlos de Bariloche, with a view of the lake. Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable hotel. We used Cottbus as our 'base' between our multiday treks on Nahuel Huapi. All the time we found a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. Good price. Very well located. I'd come back.
