Location was great, around every corner a great forest hike.

Staff was very nice and the restaurant nearby had really good food. Location is amazing right next to Kokorin castle and hiking routes.
Room was extremely hot in the summer,no aircon but only a small ventilator which didn't make much difference. Room wasn't really clean,including multiple cobwebs on the windows and dirt on the pillows. No minibar,fridge or kettle (and also no cups or glasses). Definitely not what we expected for the price and from a 4 star hotel.

Hotel rooms are very nicely designed, clean and original. Amazing view.
Beds are very comfortable.
The room on the top floor got very hot but there was a fan available in the room.

Only good thing was the jacuzzi and sauna experience, which made our stay decent, at least.

The receptionist didn't speak English AT ALL and she charged us twice. It's weird for a receptionist not to speak a word in English or any other languages.
The rooms were really ugly, too modern and painted with hideous colours. You'd expect them to be in harmony with the natural environment outside, but they weren't at all. Also, the bathroom walls were completely transparent, without a chance to obscure them. Mood-killer if you're in the room with your partner.
The hotel bar was okay, but no cocktails. Breakfast wasn't refilled, everything was gone already.

The room was fashionable (to be honest it is not very important to us). However, it seems that the idea of the architect/designer was fashion over functionality. Spacious room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom (see the weird part below). Perfect for hiking and going to see the sights around.
The bathroom was probably the most bizarre of any hotel I've been in. The "barrier" between the bathroom and the room was glass. You read correctly, GLASS. So no privacy in the place where you definitely want privacy. To be absolutely clear: laying on the bed, I had no problem to see my wife taking care of her business.... come on, man! 0 stars for bathroom.

Lovely receptionist and very kind, friendly efficient waiter in restaurant. We all ordered different dishes and every dish was delicious and well-presented. The room was modern, comfortable and cozy. The hotel is perfectly located for access to walking trails. Excellent stay. Will definitely return!

The location was great, the staff - just fine, but
It is really obvious someone decided to save up money and is not willing to invest in basic things while expecting to make a lot of money from the guests. I paid more than enough for a room which has no air conditioning, we couldn't sleep since it was a hot day, plus the room is just below the roof. There is no small fridge , we were 4 in there and one 4y.old kid was with us, we need a fridge and it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel... in the shower they also didn't want to spend a penny more, there was no place to put the shampoo . Cheap curtains cover the windows , if one prefers a dark room. No TV set , I do not need that myself , but the fact it's not in the room means that some tries to save money at every possibility while the client pays a good amount. I am fine witho paying any hotel even more than I did here butf it has to offer me something for such a price

Nice and modern hotel in the middle of Kokorin region, very close to Kokorin castle. Clean and modern rooms, very kind staff, good breakfast..
