Excellent location, very clean and well kept, very helpful and nice personnel. I would stay again in this location and recommend it!

A bit noisy in the mornings when there were more clients, but on a building that old the soundproofing cannot be great.

Wonderful location, right at the edge of the walled city. All restaurants and landmarks within walking distance. Room includes a little garden and you can access a terrace on top of the building, with stunning views on the city walls: ideal place for a coffee or a glass of wine ;o)

There's no parking and no breakfast. Sure, parking is "available" in the street (if you're lucky) and you get a voucher for a coffee and a croissant in a caffetteria nearby... ...but that's not what you expect when you check the boxes "parking" and "breakfast" included when you book a place! This is playing with words and borderline fraudulent. This mislabeling is becoming a widespread issue on Booking.com listings and I'm not sure who's responsible for that: the hosts or the platform.

Giorgia was super attentive. Great location. VERY comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Well organised self catering facilities. And the view from the balcony overlooking castle is beautiful.

Room size, bathroom and ocean view balcony were larger than expected. Location was good and a short walk to the beach and the old walled city. Host was exceptional and answered any questions.

Car parking was a challenge.

The cleaning lady starting really early. From 8 am you cannot sleep because of her noise!

The location is excellent! Everything in Otranto is within walking distance. We had the kitchenette room with an incredible view of the castle. Georgia (the host) is extremely nice. The free breakfast is a pass to have whatever you want at a wonderful local cafe.

There is no parking, however this is true for most of Otranto. You get a parking pass to park for free. You just have to find an available spot. This is not meant as a fault of this hotel - it’s just a fact for the area.

She let us stay till lunch cause We wanted to hit the beach, and the free breakfast in martinucci damn that was deliscious. ✌🏻 10 from 10. Definately will come back.

No negatives. Everything was good. Even parking.

Super warm and friendly signora Georgia welcomed us to the beautiful apartment located on the edge of old town overlooking the old city walls. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed and equipped with every possible comfort for the holiday. The excellent breakfast was at a cake shop called Martinucci just a few minute walk away and it had all the possible varieties of delicious local sweet freshly made at the shop and there were even different types of panini to choose from and services were excellent. The WiFi, the parking the location were all good. It was very quiet and tranquil and you could sit on the balcony or the roof top terrace watching the sun go down and rise again. All in all very satisfied with our stay in the B&B apartment and the beautiful Otranto.

Nothing we didn't like.

The room was big, nice and super clean in fantastic location. The hosts were exceptionally kind and available for every service and help. They provided us with a parking permit, so we parked free of charge all over the place. Breakfast was very good. The place to be recommended in every sense.

A modern, quite new, centrally-located premises with multiple rental apartments. Very clean, managed by friendly helpful staff.

Not easy to find and park but the host (once we had found each other) helped. We were sent for a breakfast some 500 meters to a restaurant at a street level (never saw the roof terrace with the views of the city as advertised in the listing).

The breakfast, the room amenities and water bottles every day, cleanliness, big terrace and friendly staff.
