La atención no nos gustó.
Muy mal servicio al cliente y atención a los huéspedes, muchas veces no encontrábamos a nadie en recepción o atento al bar. La comida muy salada, mala relación calidad/precio.

The hostess was awesome! The service was awesome. Highly recommend this place.
Could use a stronger (or additional) air conditioner. The jacuzzi tub did not have warm water.

Entre semana no hay servicio de restaurante. La nevera no tenía dotación completa … a parte del personal le falta más entusiasmo por la atención

Ubicación excelente, buen estado de las instalaciones, servicio y atención del personal, desayuno incluido muy bueno. El colchón de la cama espectacular.

Pedimos dos desayunos distintos, uno estaba rico pero el otro no.
La llave del baño no estaba funcionando bien cuando llegamos y no había quien la revisara.
La habitación está muy cerca del motor de la piscina y se siente mucho ruido.
El aire acondicionado no enfría.

La atención del personal fue insuperable. Ubicación perfecta, muy céntrico. El hotel era muy bonito, estilo colonial. El desayuno y la comida eran muy completos.
Pedí una habitación con terraza y vistas al jardín y no me proporcionaron una habitación así. La primera que nos dieron no tenía ni ventana y después, muy amablemente, nos mudaron a una que tenía una ventana con vistas a un pequeño jardincillo. En definitiva, no me dieron lo que había pedido por Booking.

Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos.
O banheiro a noite é muito escuro devido a iluminação fraca, toalhas muito velhas, cerveja no bar da piscina sempre quente.

The hotel is very pretty and a good location near the main plaza of the town. Nice colonial touches and the breakfast was large and good.
Unexpectedly after two days at the hotel, they asked us to switch rooms to a room right next to a power generator so that they could give our room to another, older couple who had just arrived and were dissatisfied with the room they were given. I guess we were considered the 'nice' guests who would not complain? Unfortunately, this made the end of our stay unpleasant as we had to switch rooms a few more times to a noisier location, etc. They did give us a discount for the inconvenience.

Great location, very clean and quiet. Nicely decorated in colonial style with a/c, a ceiling fan, and hot water.
No wifi in the rooms - only in the lobby and then only some times. Included breakfast was so-so...

Manager Daisy was welcoming, professional, helpful & always there to care for her guests. The pool & jacuzzi are gorgeous as is the view from poolside. The room with a balcony & jacuzzi was huge & had tge BEST rain shower on tge planet. great towels & bedding too. there is paid guarded parking nearby although the town is safe & many park along the streets. we walked into other small hotels & in comparison, Hotel Nueva Granada was the nicest. very fair price too.

Small hotel. Friendly and attentive staff if not a bit laid back.
Very cool hotel done in the colonial style. I felt like I was back in 1850.
Came mid-week so my friends and I had the place to ourselves.
Quite room, comfortable bed.
Wifi was weak.
Windows have no glass, but that makes it more authentic.
