Nice location, close to every where, easy to get to the airport. Staff very nice and helpful. Beautiful swimming pool.

I really miss the kettle in the room. However it was no problem to go to the restaurant downstairs and get the tea or coffee from there

Hotel muy funcional, con muy buena relación calidad/precio. Desayuno completo. Ideal para alojarte al llegar o marcharte de Funchal, aunque si viajas con coche me parece buena opción incluso como estancia en l a capital

Falta de higiene. Chamei a atenção para a falta de limpeza da zona de banho resolveram. Chamei a atenção para o facto de o lençol estar sujo, foi mudado e estava sujo outra vez. O pequeno almoço tinha um período das 7 h as 10h. Antes das 9h faltou comida. O chuveiro do quarto tinha 0 pressão. Incompreensível como está classificado com um 4 estrelas.

Great location, great staff, very quiet. I was able to remote work.

The room smelled like very aggressive cleaning products. We had to place the "do not disturb" card to avoid it being cleaned again while we were there. It was clean but the smell was too strong.

Bien situé (juste à qq kilomètres de l'aéroport). Moderne, propre avec une piscine. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Personnel serviable.

Aunque se indica que existe aparcamiento, éste se realiza en la calle, lo que ocasionó que algún día hubiera cierto problema a pesar de estar en enero. No todo el personal se mostró con simpatía, aunque es verdad que siempre fueron correctos. Sin embargo, la empleada que atiende en el desayuno es de una simpatía y diligencia exquisitas. El desayuno es muy bueno y completo y la habitación es bastante grande y está bien iluminada para la lectura. Cuenta con sala de gimnasio y piscina gratuitas.

Se echa en falta un sillón más (que cabría bien) y también una tarjeta más, ya que cuando te ausentas de la habitación el frigorífico se queda sin corriente. En el cuarto de baño podría haber alguna percha o estantería más, pues no resulta fácil colocar todos los utensilios. Lo mismo ocurre con las maletas, que una se coloca bien, pero si hay más falta soporte para las restantes.

This place is an exceptional value. Where will you find in Madeira an accommodation with breakfast for 60 EUR a night, Swimming pool and sun deck terrace? Nowhere! Modern attachment to old building, well sound proofed too, with closed windows the outside noise was blocked to minimum. Due to extreme noise of landing and taking off aircraft every few minutes from nearby airport you will really appreciate this. Mini Supermarket only few meters from the hotel and Santa Cruz village centre with restaurants and promenade about 10 minutes.

Little bit of TLC needed here: aircon cooling mode didn't work, only the fan blowing the same hot air. Same the minifridge, the cooling fan making noise, but no cooling effect at all.

Хорошее расположение, 35 мин пешком из аэропорта, рядом есть автобусная остановка до Фуншала. Есть хороший бассейн на 3 этаже с красивым видом. Пляж в 7-10 минутах ходьбы, неплохой завтрак.

- A 10 mn des agences de location de voiture de l’aéroport; donc proximité intéressante quand l’avion atterrit à 23 h ! - Accès simple. - Ascenseur. - Le mini-bar peut servir de frigo :;-) - Petit déjeuner buffet correct, avec un horaire de début (7 h 30) qui permet de partir tôt.

- Stationnement dans la rue, donc aléatoire en pleine saison. - Personnel… impersonnel. - Pas de prise de courant au chevet côté salle de bains (chambre 205; voir photo). - Autre amélioration (moins importante) : une 2e chaise au bureau, plutôt qu'un tabouret.

Good and clean

The location in close enough to the village centre. The place is neat.

The towels in the bathroom for the hotel where worn out with the holes. The restaurant for the dinner is not the best. There was a kitchen smell and already placed breakfast buffet.Didn't end up eating there. It was shard to understand the transportation from the funchal, altought theres bus station nearby. End up taking taxi.

A localização do hotel é próxima ao aeroporto (5 mins de carro) e tem um bairro muito agradável para sair a noite. As camas eram confortáveis e o tamanho do quarto era bom.

O quarto de banho não estava muito bem limpo. Reservamos um quarto para 3 pessoas, e faltou toalhas e outras coisas para a terceira pessoa (pedimos para a terceira pessoa e quando foi feita a limpeza do quarto, novamente faltaram coisas para a terceira pessoa) O frigorífico não funcionava, quando questionamos a funcionaria sobre isso a resposta foi apenas: "Alguns fazem frio, outros não fazem e o do seu quarto realmente não faz frio." Não foi solucionado, o problema já era conhecido e a funcionária não fez questão alguma em tentar ajudar ou oferecer alguma alternativa. O pequeno almoço era OK. O estacionamento é na rua, com pouco espaço e nem sempre tem lugar (fomos em baixa temporada). Relação qualidade-preço não é boa!

We have stayed here for one night last year so we knew what to expect. It's a bargain, cheap price and we were lucky enough to have the swimming pool to ourselves

Great place 5 min away from airport. Could not explore much, as we just used it to crush after a late flight.

AC is noisy

Both receptionists were lovely. Inside interior of the hotel is nice. We stayed with a 4 year old and 9 months baby. Our room was on the 2nd floor which was easy to access with a pushchair as there is a lift. The room was decent, the location was perfect with 5 mins walk to the town center and the beach. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor was great with some sunbeds and beautiful view to the mountain. There is also a tiny gym.

When we checked in the receptionist gave a me a voucher for a 10% for a nearby restaurant called A Bilheteira. I will write a separate review but this definitely ruined our last evening in Madeira. I would avoid this place. It seems like this restaurant and this hotel are both related. The room had a small fridge which was constantly making a loud noise and did not work. The towels were all ripped. The balcony doors were facing the garden seating area so we had to keep our curtains closed because people were constantly looking at our room. The lounge area next to our room was lovely but with 2 small children was really challenging because people were making loud noises at 10pm and they were struggling to settle down. Breakfast had a decent choice compared with other countries/hotels. Overall, we only spent 1 night but would not spent more and it was quite expensive for what you get.

We were here for the second time. Perfect location, very convenient prize for the location.
