Przesympatyczny Gospodarz, bez problemu można sie porozumieć w języku polskim. Bardzo czysto i schludnie. Blisko do centrum miasteczka. Bezpieczny parking na zamykanej posesji.
Nie mam uwag.

Krásný kraj, ubytování na dobrém výchozím místě, majitel vstřícný, klid a pohoda. Byli jsme se vším spokojenii a to jsme jeli 3 různé generace!

Lokalita výborná, dostupnost do centra města cca 5 minut pěšky, dobrý výchozí bod i pro pěší výlety po okolí. Potraviny cca 3 minuty pěšky. Příjemná odpočinková zóna u bazénu. Vybavení kuchyňe dostačující. Příjemný pan majitel, ochotný poradit, doporučit. Skvělé víno z rodinné vinice Alegria.

Free parking space and a kids-friendly garden with a small pool and a trampoline were the highlights of our stay. Garden terrace and outside grill make longer stays more comfortable.The apartment is also relatively close to the city center, close enough to walk and far enough not to hear the hubbub.
For a family of 4, the apartment was a bit on the small side. Only roof windows were insufficient to provide comfortable light level. Stairwell is very steep - it's hard to drag large luggage upstairs.

We spontaneously stayed in Mikulov for one night as part of a larger bike trip. We were lucky to find this apartment which was spacious, clean and well equipped. After booking we received an email that we had to confirm the booking via phone and so we called and spoke to the owner in German which was great. He was very helpful and waited for us even though it was Saturday evening.
There was a space to part our bikes and the check-in was easy and smooth. The apartment was comfortable and exactly what we needed for a short stay.
There's nothing we didn't like, everything was nice.

Nice garden with pool and trampoline which our kid enjoyed very much; Quiet neighbourhood and close to the nice town center; The host was nice, efficient and helpful
The apartment could have been a bit larger for this price; that would allow for a sofa in the dining room, but ok, there is space outside, so if there are no other guests, then is is fine

Lucia was very helpfull. She gave us tips how to get from the airport fastest and cheapest way to the apartment and also some tips for trips for beaches and outside the Palma. If you want to enjoy the city the location is extremely good. You will get everywhere very fast. 5-10 minutes to the Placa de Espanya from where all the buses go everywhere. 2 grocery shops 1 minute from the apartment. Many shops and restaurant for lunch and breakfasts around. 10 minute walk to the cathedral. 15-20 minute walk to the closest beaches. The price for the location is really good. There are 3 rooms in the apartment (but basically you do not have to meet with anyone). One with the balcony (little bit more expensive than the other 2 but i recommend that much more. You have more space, air and privacy and then there are 2 littlebit smaller next to each other. Everything was clean. There was also a cleaning lady who came couple of times to clean the bathroom and the common space. Towels are also provided.
There is no AC but we were there in september (30 degree during day 20-25 during night) and we slept pretty comfortably. If you get hot you can use the ventilator. and the shared bathroom is quite small but you have everything you need.

Very well maintained apartment house. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Large gound-floor terrace with many chairs, sofas, tables... A 6×3 meters backlit swimming pool with clean water and a shower next to it. The manager extremely helpful (problems with a car). Speaks German, Polish, Russian. A cooker hood and ceiling window imported from Poland. Great!
The apartment description definitely does not tell you the essence of it. In fact “duplex apartment” is called so because of two steps that split a kitchen and sleeping room. Almost all ceilings are inclined and there is virtually no comfortable space to rest in the room (except of beds). A drying rack barely fits under ceiling. Not even a single normal wall window. The shower has a curtain but you must tell that it is absolutely clean and magically has not a tendency to stick to your legs. Too little hooks for towels and accessories. A microscopic (11×30 cm) shelf under mirror. Little number of wall sockets (only 1 in kitchen annex so it had to be shared between kettle, cooker and toster). No drying rack for plates and glasses. Very weak lighting (only 1 lamp in every room with a LED of old 40W bulb light power). No reading lamp. The stairway and corridors from entrance make a tight labirynth 60 cm narrow in tighest point. If you planned to stay inside to meet people by a drink, write a book or so—the place is definitely not for you. If you want to use a large outside terrace—great. The price might seem a little overrated but maybe it is because of swimming pool.
