Enjoyed a 3 week stay here in February.
Location is perfect, and large outdoor terrace has good view of the sea.
Condo was well equipped, everything we needed in the kitchen.
Dedicated parking spot was important for us.
Good view of sea from terrace, but not much of a view from inside.
Two floor layout was nice.
Bed was comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect to access Marbella itself and the Old town just a short walk away . The views from the terrace were excellent and not overlooked were there is loads of seating area to have a chill a drink or two and take in the views . Another major plus , was you have your own secure parking space in the underground carpark with a lift straight up to your apartment.! Overall we really enjoyed our break and would definately return .

The property was as pictured. The location to the sea and Old Town was fantastic! I only have one suggestion and that is I prefer to not have owner’s personal belongings in the vanities and cupboards

We had a wonderful week in the apartement. It has a perfekt location close to the beach, but also just a short walk to Marbella old town. The apartement was clean and tidy, and all Communication with both owner and management was very easey.

Great location and superb accommodation with an extensive terrace with flexible, shady areas.
Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge.
Close proximity to some great beach clubs (Amare and Soleo) and the bars and restaurants along the prom and in the old town.
Torre Marina building is well kept and all residents are friendly as is the concierge.

Second time staying in this wonderful apartment. Loved it so much booked for this year too!
Ideal location, 5 mins walk to Old Town, beach 2 mins away, plenty restaurants in Old Town or right along the promenade.
Apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need at hand.
The meet and greet is all set up so they meet you on arrival and show you around and explain anything you need to know.
With this being our second time here from experience think twice about usung the supermarket opposite (which we did every day last year). We got a taxi to Lidl, even with taxi fare was well worth going there and stocking up on all essentials).
Id recommend a day in Malaga, a beautiful city, Puerto Banus market, go on the ferry, we didnt like the evenings there, too busy but showing our age!
All in all this is a great place to stay, we cannot find any negatives at all.

The highlight is the view from the large rooftop terrace. Location is also excellent. The accommodations are very comfortable. No shortage of English tv channels. A most enjoyable stay.

My family and I stayed 10 days in this perfect apartment. The terrasse is amazing. This penthouse on the 11th floor of a building has a great view of the mountains, city, water and sunset! I could telework on this terrasse for ever! When you go out of the building you are on the boardwalk/beach and 3 corners from the old town with its great restaurants and shops! The apartment is well equiped, quiet, clean and the communication with Catherine was A1. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulous property. Cath, the owner, and Peter who welcomed us on the day were great. Communication was always quick. We didn’t need Peter for anything during our stay (apart from a mishap with a microwave plate) as the apartment was perfect.
Can’t state enough how well located this apartment was for the shops, bars, beaches and restaurants, especially the Old Town. An absolute must to wander through the streets of the Old Town, stopping for a tapas and wine.

We had one drawback for this property that you might want to know about...
we specifically picked this property because we knew it had air conditioning. The only problem that the A/C only worked on a sensor...in other words it would shut off if there was no movement in the house. So anytime we wanted to nap or take a rest the A/C would shut off and we would start to bake...honestly was very frustrating and I hate to say it but I would not rent from again if it was still set up that way. If you wanted A/C you had to walk to the staircase and wave your hands so the sensor would click on the A/C...

Magic in Marbella
Place is simply amazing. Started with wonderful greeting from Property Manager Peter, underground secure parking, well appointed unit with a simply magical terrace to take in the breathtaking views of the Andalusian Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The access to the beachside boardwalk and beaches was fantastic, easy access for a little early morning exercise to an evening stroll with gelato after dinner in the old town (which is also a short walk away). The sunsets were just the icing on the cake. We can not thank you enough!

Whilst the apartment ( especially location) is hard to beat, I would have to say even better than the apartment is the people you deal with.
Cath ( owner) is so accommodating and sincere, and Peter (local agent) is an absolute gent.
One downside, We didn't stay longer.

It is a beautiful spacious place to stay, we could not have found anything better. Lots of restaurants nearby in the old town, Puerto Banus is a short taxi ride or take the catamaran from the port! The supermarket is right opposite so extremely handy.
Felt very safe staying in the penthouse, it's in a nice quiet location yet right close to everything. A perfect stay! We will be back.

Nice apartment and very recomendable if you don’t want to move your car , located in Marbella downtown but in front of the beach . You have different beaches in 5 minutes walking, with sand or gravel . Close to all fancy places in Marbella but quiet by night . In the 70 m2 outdoor terrace you can have a dinner, breakfast … it’s perfect. Cath the owner is so nice and help you anything you need. Peter , the local person in Marbella same thing. Thank you for this 10 days that we spent in Marbella.

Superior Apartment in a great location.
This is an upmarket apartment on the top floor of a centrally located apartment building. It was well equipped and beautifully furnished. The booking and handover procedures were faultless and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Marbella Central
With views over Marbella Old Town and the beach from the spacious terrace on the 11th floor, this location is as perfect as it gets to observe the sun rise and set and to marvel at Spanish parking practices at street level below. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are well-appointed, with a realistic lounge area to support. The kitchen is small, functional and well equipped. The provided car parking space is an added bonus. Internet and TV facilities are amongst the best we have experienced in Spain. The building security is very good, with the concierge supportive if required, as is the managing agent.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location
Had a fabulous week in this very comfortable apartment which is so close to the beach, restaurants, Old Town and shops. The verandah is large with amazing views of the mountains behind Marbella and the sea! Peter was very helpful with the check in process and punctual. Beds very comfortable, well kitted out kitchen and nice clean bathrooms. We will book again.

Return Visit
We have just spent another 7 nights in this wonderful apartment. We didn’t hesitate to return to Marbella and didn’t even look at any other property as we loved this one last year. The terrace is superb and the location in our eyes can’t be beaten. Communication is superb. Thoroughly recommend.

Apartment was great for our family of 2 teenage girls my husband and I having a nice feel with nice finishes. The only thing that would have been better for us would be a proper shower in upstairs bathroom rather than one over the bath, but it is only a minor issue!!

Overall very good, could use better directions. For some reason the property has no exact address, which can be frustrating when navigating GPS. Would recommend the property owners narrow it down when giving final check-in instructions! Also a better system for returning the keys could be useful, such as a lockbox, etc.

Family vacation in Marbella
Our family of 4 absolutely loved this apartment!! The balcony overlooking both the city and the Mediterranean Sea was amazing and perfect for happy hour as well as enjoying the AM sunrise! The communication leading up to our check-in was perfect with excellent response from the owner. The location to the beaches as well as the old city (plaza de los naranjos) made this apartment a perfect location in Marbella. Thank you for the memories!!

Perfect Location, Stunning Panoramic Views from the Terrace
We spent several winter weeks in this modern penthouse apartment. The central Marbella location is perfect, close to the beach and the old town. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants and bars all within strolling distance, in fact most things are within walking distance. The apartment building is very well kept and was very quiet whilst we were there. Taxis are not too expensive, for example, a trip to Puerto Banús will cost you about 12 Euros.
The very large terrace equipped with sunbeds and comfortable seating is a real plus. You can spend hours staring down at the beach, the town centre, and the labyrinth of streets and roofs in the old town. In the evenings we often sat on the terrace watching the sun go down over the mountains whilst enjoying a G&T. You will need to make sure that small children are always properly supervised on the terrace, it’s a long way down.
The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, with fast internet, UK TV, and Apple TV (make sure you have your login details with you if you want to take advantage of services like Netflix or Amazon Prime). The bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped with towels, hairdryers etc. We were particularly pleased to find that the beds were so comfortable.
The owner Cath was super-fast to respond to any queries, and we are hoping to return next year.

Wonderful Apartment
This is a great penthouse rental on two floors with a lift. It has a wonderful terrace off the living room (many places in Spain have stairs to get to the terrace which makes carrying that cup of tea/glass of wine harder!). We enjoyed many sunsets from the terrace.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen including small thoughtful extras like salt, flour, olive oil, tea lights and sugar.
Lots of English channels on the TV. Very comfy bed upstairs, with great view of the moon over the mountains. Wonderful to have secure parking in the basement of the building.
Amazing location. Right on the promenade walk along the sea and the old town was across the street with its wonderful maze of streets. Good grocery stores nearby. You don’t need a car unless you want to go out of town. 5 star rental!!
Cath was very responsive to any questions we had. Locally Peter was great with our orientation when we arrived. We had a lovely stay!

Fantastic penthouse apartment in a perfect location
Only negative was on day of departure checkout was 10am, our pick up wasn't until 7pm and there was nowhere to leave our cases and we were not allowed to use the pool area. We therefor had to book into a hotel for 1 night in order to have somewhere to leave our cases and have a shower.

Stunning views, relaxing, everything is walking distance!
When I saw this property, I fell in love with it! It was perfect for our family trip to Spain, and had something for everyone. Without a doubt, the place we enjoyed the most was the terrace! However, we took advantage of the pool, the beach and all it had to offer, dinners in Old Town Marbella, the catamaran ferry to/from Puerto Banus, and relaxing at sunset! Cath and Peter (who assisted us at arrival) were wonderful to work with, and assisted with all of our questions. I only hope we can make it back to visit again! Great penthouse!
The property was very well maintained and clean. The AC felt great at the end of the day. We were two couples and it suited us very well. The best part of this penthouse was the outdoor terrace, it was amazing! Our days usually started and ended there. The property is walking distance to the Old Town which we enjoyed. The beach was convenient, but unfortunately there were jelly fish while we were there. The owner and manager of this property were very helpful. Overall great experience and we would recommend this place to others.

Perfect location. Beautiful Terrace.
We have just returned from a fantastic relaxing 10 night stay. The location for us couldn’t be better, outside the door is the ‘prom’ on the beach, which we walked along every day. Even walking to Puerto Banus one day which took just over 2 hours with a few stops for drinks. We then used the catamaran to return. On the other side of the apartment is the start of the ‘old town’ where we eat every night, except for one night when we got a taxi for 15 euros each way to Puerto Banus. The apartment has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. My favourite being the terrace where we spent a lot of time. It is very large and there is enough seating to choose whether you want to be in the sun or not which kept everyone happy. The WiFi was excellent. There is a supermarket round the corner. We felt really safe in Marbella, going for a run early morning was lovely and you pass many others doing the same. Communication with Cath was faultless and the property manager Peter (Marbella) left his contact details if we had a problem but we didn’t need to contact him. We are hoping to return again next summer.
