Location, very peaceful and quiet Beautiful suroundings Comfortable room with good balcony

Would be good to have a small fridge in the room. Location, a little far away from restaurants etc. but that makes it so peaceful and quiet 🙂

Nice guesthouse with garden and outdoor playground for kids. Unfortunately, it’s rain on the day that we arrived. Still a very nice surrounding.

It would be better if a kettle or hot water is provided. Thanks for a nice lady who showed us that we could take a hot water from a coffee machine in the common area.

Everything was perfect! the room was clean and comfortable with amazing view! we totally recommend it 😊

The hotel-pension was really comfortable and the owners were friendly and welcoming to me and my family. The room was very clean and comfortable and the space was perfect for us 2 adults and two toddlers. My kids loved the kids play room it was right near the breakfast room. The view was breathtaking and air was really fresh and natural up there at the property location. Parking was perfect right at the property in front of the entrance. The decorations and the real atmosphere of the property was perfect. We loved it. Thank you for everything

The equipment of the room When we arrived there there were nor soap neither shower gel...it would be nice to have a small kettle in the room and a couple of glasses/cups.It is impossible to drink any tea/coffee anywhere except for during the breakfast.

It is far from innsbruck, through narrow road⁸

Location was great. Access to hiking trails and to gondola was excellent. Views were wonderful and access to the grass area outside the room was very nice on a sunny day.

Hard to find staff and get some questions answered. Were not aware until the second day that we had access to a three day city pass on all transit. Would have been nice to have that communicated to us closer to arrival. Staff was very helpful when we connected after breakfast.

Amazing location right at the beginning of many mountain trails. very picturesque with a backdrop of the Austrian Alps. Clean and well appointed rooms.

The breakfast was okay but can be improved. There was actually no downside to the property

Beautiful comfy beds and room. view is great. close to town but feels like it far away. close to great hiking. it’s wonderful.

the road up was tight and narrow and steep. I was fine but if you are a timid driver you will have concerns. it’s okay but be careful.

Location!! View! thank you so much for the Bus cards during our stay as well. These were a great help. So easy to get around Innsbruck and over to Zirbenweg, on the bus!

The room was clean and comfy. My son loved the bunk beds. The views were incredible. The staff was friendly. The travel literature was helpful. Excellent Austrian breakfast served with fresh bread, croissants, fruit, meats and cheeses. The even had a pool.

During the day the parking lot was full so I had to park in another lot downhill that was paid. I did not realize the other lot was paid and so I got a ticket. It would be nice to have more room to park in the free lot and also a reminder during check in that the other lot requires payment or ticket.

we loved this hotel. kids loved it even more. breakfast was the best we had on our German-Austrian road trip, room was spacious and recently renovated, pool was welcome and playroom an unexpected bonus. lovely walk to the funicular station too.

Beautiful location steps away from several hiking trails and 2-3 minutes from the lift up to the Nordkette. Stephanie was a welcoming and attentive host, and the breakfast was excellent. Very quiet and still only 10-15 drive to the center of Innsbruck, which is also easily accessible by bus or descending in the Nordkette cable car into town.

Perfect location, really scenic and so quiet with it being tucked away from the city centre, free parking on site had no issues parking at all, room was really spacious

No air con in the rooms, pillows a bit too soft but that is personal preference, we arrived at half 6 and were told the kitchen had already closed so we couldn’t have food there and would have to go into the city centre but when we’re left to go to the city centre over an hour later there were people sat in the restaurant, it didn’t make us feel massively welcome
