Great apartment in the city center of Sevilla with plenty tapas bars, restaurants, bike rental, supermarket, etc within a few minutes walking. But the main sight of course is the vibrant city itself. The apartment has a dedicated parking space (fee) in a garage around the corner which requires some tight driving but is great to store your car when visiting Sevilla while on a roadtrip. The apartment itself is very organized, nicely laid out, smells fresh, has a shared roof terrace, friendly and accommodating hostess and plenty amenities one may need, incl things like an iron & board (dress up in Sevilla).

No real negatives. Only could have used some more mirrors with the only one in the bathroom which may cause some logistical challenges, but that’s nitpicking

it was a very smooth contactless check in where you didn’t have to go to an office to pick up the keys. The appartment was beautifully furnished and very close to the cathedral, river, palace and many bars and cafes.

Maria Luisa was waiting on the street for us while we navigated our way thru the tiny 'streets' and helped us get our vehicle safely parked in the nearby garage and then walked us thru the apartment which looks brand new, professionally decorated and it had everything we needed. It was elegant and spotless, close to everything, too.

Maria is such a sweet young lady! She was very helpful and replys very quickly ! Location is perfect. Everything you need to see is within walk distance. The room is well furnished and super clean. Shower is extremely good. Towels are new and fresh. Bed is comfortable. Check-in checkout are easy and pleasant. Overall, we are happy with the experience staying at this amazing place.

Everything about this place is perfect, could not ask for a better location, we were able to just walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We hadn't been to Seville before so wanted to see all the sights, which were all short walking distances away. The host Maria is so nice, welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of good tips for places to visit, eat etc., including best times to go. Also, when we were checking in, she noticed it was my boyfriend's birthday the next day from his passport, when we arrived back to the room the next evening, she had left a lovely gift for him. Such a nice thing for her to do 😍

Hugely disappointed we weren’t warned about the building site immediately opposite the apartment and have formally complained to Booking.com. It was extremely noisy and dusty.

Perfect location, Maria our host was lovely and provided useful information. Apartment was perfect for our 3 day trip.

The property is well located. It is an easy walk to the main bus station, and also into the heart of the attractions in Sevilla. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We were able to arrange a meeting time with the receptionist via email, and our room was ready early for us. She gave us plenty of information about the surrounding area and was very professional.

Our apartment absolutely reeked of some sort of perfume. It seemed to be primarily the detergent they use for the sheets and towels. It was so strong that I got a coughing fit when I lay down in bed. If you are at all sensitive or allergic to perfumes, this would be a major concern. I am generally not that affected by this sort of thing, so I am not exaggerating the intensity. An easily remediable problem.

It was spotlessly clean very well equipped and close to the heart of the city. Yet the location was very quiet at night.

Small apart-hotel in the center of down town of Seville. Perfectly comfortable rooms, where we found everything we needed, even washing machine in the kitchen. All the furniture is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. Charming host Maria Luisa was very friendly and gave us good advises about places of interest in Seville.
