Cleanness wasn't cleaned to minimum standards

Very difficult to deal with reservations girl about keys.

The location was within walking distance of the beach and park. All rooms had ceiling fans and there was an air con in the main living area.

There was no on-site parking as the driveway was too narrow to get the car up and down comfortably. The apartment was up a very narrow flight of stairs that were not easily accessible with little kids, and would be tricky for those who found walking up steep stairs tricky. There was no linen or towels provided- apparently you need to open up all the information on the booking site. This is not reiterated in any confirmation you receive, so make sure you take towels and sheets as even though I rang to try and get emergency sets for extra money nothing turned up. With 3 children this made it really tricky. The air con leaks.

The drive way and stairway to entrance is tight and dangerous when wet.My little one slipped and sled down the driveway. The hot water run out and we couldn't have a bath. The kitchen appliances are old and out dated. There was rubbish found under the lounge There are people living below the unit and it feels rather invasive and not much privacy. I was unaware linen wasn't provided so I had to go back and pay extra money and make the beds myself and the receptionist said I had to strip the beds and return linen back to them which was very inconvenient and frustrating. The check out list is unfair on the visitors staying for a break and a holiday and should be the cleaners responsibility. Staff were rude , slow and impolite and unhelpful. Very unwelcoming and not a good start to the stay . Dust in the exhaust fan in bathroom has not been cleaned for ages and the dust flies out when fan gets switched on.

Value for money

Poor access to car park. Larger car would not fit driveway. Entrance off busy road. Stairs to unit were steep and narrow, no good for person with walking difficulties.

Location space beds comfy

Unit was dirty dust all over every surface dead. Cockroaches on benches and floors and paper rubbishy on floor and used condom down side of bed
