Host Fabrice very welcoming and helpful; lovely location , upon Cannes hills, far away from jam and noise and walking close to restaurants/supermarket; free parking; air conditioning, private bathroom, free wifi and TV available; accomodation has been also recently refurbished

Basically I think just price has been a little more expensive than other equals lodgings, on the other hand that reflects the high standard of living in that location

The host was very kind and really very helpful. It was good to be able to ask a local some basic questions about the area. It‘s a great place if you come by car and can enjoy some silent moments far away from the crowded areas. In like 10 minutes you arrive by car in Cannes. Also there is a bus stop nearby to take you to Cannes city center. Many supermarkets not far away (by car 10 mins). The garden was great to relax, because the area is quiet. There is everything you need, a coffee machine (Nescafé dolce gusto), laundry, parking lot, wifi - everything as described in the profile. The bed is a comfy sofa-bed for two. Can fully recommend and would book again.

There is an AC and a little place outside with a table and a couple of chairs (but not possible to sit for a long time because of the mosquitoes).

The bed is unusable there (it's transformer from the sofa) - very loud and uneven, so we had to move the mattress on the floor in order to sleep at all. They provided a tiny sheet instead of blanket, so we had to ask for a normal blanket and they provided it with complaints. Despite the price, everything looks very cheap, especially the consumables (even the soap was missing). Location is not good - 25 minutes by car or 1 hour by bus to Cannes. During the checkout the host was running into the studio to check if anything is stolen/broken which is not very nice. He also complained on something, but I didn't understand because of the accent (probably on noises - we were coming back from Cannes late at night).

Absolutely first-class value for money! Thoroughly recommended...
