Very nice and great equipped room. Good location. Parking included in the price. Friendly staff including a very nice lady during morning breakfast. Appreciate vegetarian options as this is still rare in polish hotels.

excellent check in process. very friendly, helpful front desk - made us feel right at home when we walked in the door. the restaurant was exceptional - delicious and very friendly, excellent service! the room was perfect - including water bowls for our dogs!

The Hotel Protia is within walking distance to five maybe seven of the pottery shops in the area. Those that are not within walking distance are maybe 5- 15 minutes away by car. Rooms are nice and clean, with a decent amount of space for European standards. Breakfast is good, European style but you can get eggs with a nice selection of food and drink. Hotel staff, was nothing but friendly and nice despite the language difference. Spoke some English.
Beds are not the most comfortable, but we all were able to get some rest anyway. I will say, that in some rooms or at least ours, the clearance in certain areas was a little low, watch your head. Parking, depending on the size of your car, may be a bit tricky, spaces are shorter than most. Dinner was a little expensive compared to other eateries in the area.

Customer service, deluxe room with fireplace, quiet location but near everything, secure parking, adjacent restaurant with excellent food, drinks and prices. Also, daily housekeeping and super clean. Gift shop with items by local artisans and information. Excellent value.

Great and cosy place to stay with fantastic Team all around. Breakfast was delicious with options for vegetarians which I highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend it and for sure I will be coming back. Thank you!

bread with the shrimp starter needed to be toasted. a lift for people with disabilities was lacking.

Everything was super good. I was traveling with my dog and that was the best place so far where we stayed. We were welcomed well and check in was fast. There is private parking as well. Room was comfortable and sparkling clean.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Very rustic atmosphere and the food was delicious.
It was not located in or very near the old town center. We had a car so it wasn’t a problem but it was probably a 30 minute walk to the town center.
