Très bon emplacement, en plein cœur du centre historique. Grand lit confortable. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, bien équipées. Personnel très sympathique.

La chambre manquait d’obscurité (il y a une partie ouverte qu’on ne pouvait pas occulter) cela peut gêner le sommeil.

The hotel was excellent, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and are a real credit to Ca’n Pere. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and very clean. We stayed as we were competing in the Ironman 70.3 and they helped with our stay throughout. If I am ever back in Alcudia I will definitely stay here again…..👍

lovely room but we couldnt find an english news channel which was disappointing

the hotel wasn't doing lunch or dinner until 1/4/23 we arrived on 28/3/23 and weren't informed that the restaurant wasn't open which was disappointing as we had eaten at the hotel in previous years

The staff at breakfast were super nice and especially the young lady who acted also as receptionist

We had received a message asking for the time of arrival, and this included 7-8am, which was our case (the ferry from Barcelona arrives at 5.30am). We did not expect to check in that early, but we thought we could at least leave the luggage. We tried to call repeatedly from 7.30 onwards and nobody picked up the phone. We managed to find somebody only after 8.30. Two hours later someone (the owner?) finally called back, trying to convince us that they knew nothing about the message asking for our arrival time and almost asking us to apologise..no comment. Be advised that if you decide to go this hotel you must be prepared that apart from breakfast time you will see nobody.

hotel was effectively closed. we just had a key for front door and fended for ourselves. no kettle in room so forced to drink wine!!
