Good location

This was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there were a strong smell of cigarets.

not like in photos, not that clean

host was rude

It was a beautiful room, very quiet, comfortable bed, great location.

it would be nice to have a few tea bags but I can understand the covid situation

The rooms are centrally located. The room was spacious and was warm enough.

There is no lift.

excellent staff who communicated all the time via mail and phone. even solved a problem i caused myself. Self check-in perfect and room large and well done.

facilities limited as hotel seems to be self service. no breakfast option for example.

Cozy clean room in an accessible part of the town. Right next to green parks, shoping Street and restaurants...

No tea kettle in the room and/or no kettle in the common area. The snack machine didn't work properly, managed to spend a few euros without getting anything...

Room large, great bathroom, high ceilings with large windows which came in handy as there is no air-conditioning. location perfect in old city.

STAFF THE WORST OF MY 5 WEEKS VISITING GERMANY. ON CHECK IN THE WORST PROPLE TO BE WORKING IN A TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT. THE WORD HOSPITALITY HAS NEVER BEEN IN THEIR VOCABULARY!!!

There was water leaking from the shower, apparently to the room below. The hotel staff knocked on the door and entered immediately without waiting for an answer. My teenage daughters just had time to put a towel around themselves. This was unacceptable. We were then told we could not use water in the room - no shower, no toilet etc. but we were refused an alternate room.

Conveniently located to walking venues. Also the room was very large and spacious.

Did not have working AC and it was noisy outside with the windows open.

Easy checkin via a key box entry, central location with many options for meals and drinks, and as advertised. Communication via chat was quick.

The wall in one area was slightly dirty but that’s it.

Location is good. I could park in front of the door at no extra cost.

- Pretty rude welcoming via a videocamera interface (I arrived late at night) and immediate and relatively unfriendly request to show my green pass into the camera. - No breakfast - At 10.30 a.m. (!) a knock on the door by the cleaning lady. I responded I am not ready yet (I was working on some e-mails). Her answer: "Yes, but not too long. I must go home!" Seriously?? - Overall the premises are a bit run down. As we say in German: "Der Lack ist ein wenig ab..."

great location, walking distance to the city center, castle and big parks. very good price/performance relation. friendly staff. good beds.

Room was classy and comfortable. Affordable

Staff was not onsite. Difficulty getting into my room. Checkout was difficult.
