I loved the location, the pool was beautiful and calming. The staff were SO lovely and kind. beautiful rooms too!

The property was beautiful with the most incredible views. We were given a room with a large terrace overlooking the ocean, just lovely! The restaurant was nice and the breakfast included was delicious with many hot and cold options. The room was pretty and very clean, while the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. we checked in early and while our room was not ready they send our bags up when it was while we went out and explored the area. It was literally steps from the train station…
Our only problem was that we wished we could have stayed longer!

This hotel is in a great location, right on the water and easy walking distance from the station, as long as you stick to the road and not the stairs. The room was great and the staff were all very friendly. There is a bus stop just outside that takes you to Rapallo and Portofino which is really handy.

Hotel is located off narrow highway, not easy to drive to, it is located right on a beautiful beach with a great view. Breakfast is included and had many choices.
Parking was terrible, paid $20, which is reasonable, but then had to park my car in a space the size of a postage stamp. Room keys/door locks need to be updated. Big old fashion key to unlock room

It’s clean, in an excellent location with lovely views and the staff were all without exception (whether reception, cleaning or service) very friendly and welcoming.
I also appreciated the fact that they still let us use the pool (although it said that it closed two days before we arrived).
Unfortunately we had to leave after just one night instead of the two nights we had booked (due to a change of plans) and they weren’t awkward about this at all.
