The room was so small there was insufficient room to open 2 21" suitcases.
No hooks to habg things on in the bathroom.
Shuttle bus took a long time to arrive to pick us up.
No instructions to turn the heat down. We were not told that the bottled water was without charge. Generally a lack of information indicated

the room was clean
This hotel was NOT located in a blind area behind the airport which was not even close to the airport main exit doors area. By arrival there was no shuttle from Linate airport which was relatively far away from the hotel. The second day when we asked receptionist to provide us a shuttle, he refused and said we are busy at the moment in an impolite way. I would not recommend this definitely as an airport hotel as they claimed.

only thing that was disapointing the high price because of thr F1 races in Milaan the hotel is rally GOOD for the NORMAL price but not with the higher price we have to pay feel really very disapointed of that attitude and will give that a big -NO

There was a Taxi strike and the hotel went out of their way to get us transportation to the airport. The staff was very very helpful in trying to arrange transport to the airport the next morning. Thanks for the over the top effort.
