Room was very good, a bit overpriced for a one night stop, GPS quoted wrong

No restaurant as advertised

Travellimg from Malaga to Santander so perfect for a stop over. 5 mins from the motorway 15 mins to car ferry. Staff friendly, clean and the food in the snack bar was very tasty and good value for money. Thank you.

Pillows very hard. Breakfast a little plain, totally vegetarian including the bacon. No choice for us meat eaters. Even vegetarian margarine which was vile.

Restraunt staff were friendly and the restaurant, when it opened was not too bad. Underground secure parking for motorbikes (€9 charge).

Reception experience was not good, if you checkin on a Sunday there is nothing to eat or drink until the restaurant opens at 20.30. No minibar, no tea or coffee making facility in the rooms, no food, no spa facilities or gym etc. Located next to a retail park.,

The staff were very helpful and ordered us a taxi into town. It was clean and quiet Breakfast was excellent.

It was a bit far out of town for restaurants but it was ideally placed for us as we were cycling and didn't really want to ride through the centre.

Everything, room was dark and dingy, the beds very uncomfortable, the food in the hotel was awful, the location was awful, wouldn't book to go there again, definitely not value for money, wouldn't class it as a 4 Star.

The junior suite was great. Different spaces made it more comfortable (and isolated WC)

No kettle in the room was available as well as coffee capsules or tea bags. Some pieces of furniture were old school.

Check in was extremely quick, friendly and informative. Restaurant menu was only presented in Spanish so needed a little work on translation.

Breakfast was a little expensive for what was on offer.

The hotel was a stopover before catching the ferry at santander. It had secure parking for our motorbike. The room was clean and facilities good. It is a bit out of the way but was ideal for our purpose.

Breakfast was a bit basic but did a job.

Clean, warm and handy for routes south

Assumed spa facilities were included, only booked because it had a sauna and needed to freshenn up after the ferry journey. There was €6 per hour charge. No where to eat around it, didn't fancy the cafe bar.

Good location for ferry port. Clean spacious room and friendly courteous staff.

Restaurant not open until 20.15 and food was average and expensive for quality. Bar not open until 17.00 either. Breakfast was also poor quality and uninspiring. Overall was pricey for overnight stay.
