A lovely quiet, purpose built flat a stones throw from beach in town centre
Un appartement de deux chambres magnifiquement conçu, lumineux et aéré au dernier étage d'un bloc de nouveaux appartements au-dessus de la galerie marchande Daisy May.
Nous avons acheté cette toute nouvelle maison de vacances il y a quelques années et nous avons acheté des meubles neufs à l'époque. Il a une belle cuisine ouverte / salon / salle à manger avec un tout nouveau luxe cuisine entièrement équipée. L'appartement fait face à l'ouest et profite du soleil de l'après-midi et du soir.
Comme nous avons quatre enfants, nous avons aménagé l'appartement avec la plus grande chambre pour avoir deux ensembles de lits superposés, pour dormir quatre, avec la chambre plus petite étant mis en place avec un lit double. Les deux chambres ont des commodes flambant neuves pour les vêtements, et il y a aussi des rangements sous le lit pour tous les autres articles, sacs, chaussures, etc pour les garder à l'écart. Tout le linge de lit est fourni.
La salle de bain de luxe est bien conçue et aménagée avec une baignoire pleine longueur et une pomme de douche, un lavabo et des toilettes séparés, un carrelage pleine longueur, un porte-serviettes chauffant et une ligne de lavage pour sécher les maillots de bain. Bain et serviettes de toilette sont fournis, mais vous devez apporter vos propres serviettes de plage.
L'appartement est entièrement vitré avec des fenêtres à guillotine et des stores réglables.
Il y a une table à manger et des chaises en cuir confortables pour six personnes et un canapé en cuir en forme de L spacieux. Il y a aussi une télévision à écran plat avec TNT et Wi-Fi. Nous disposons également d'un système hi-fi Bluetooth télécommandé qui peut être associé à n'importe quel appareil Bluetooth, tel qu'un iPhone, etc.
La cuisine bien équipée dispose d'un réfrigérateur avec petit congélateur, d'un four, d'un grill, d'une hotte aspirante, d'un micro-ondes séparé et d'une machine à café Nespresso (cafetière non fournie) ou d'une théière. Il y a beaucoup de placards pour ranger la nourriture, et il a tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous auriez besoin pour un séjour confortable.
Comme il s'agit d'un appartement au deuxième étage, il y a deux escaliers pour arriver à la porte d'entrée. En tant que tel, cet établissement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou très âgées, étant donné qu'il n'y a pas d'accès libre.
Ceci est un appartement strictement non fumeur.

This is a lovely flat in the centre of Swanage. Ideal for the beach and the shops.
Very comfortable and well equipped.
Owners were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us.
It is not suitable for anyone with disability due to steps/ stairs- good exercise though!

We were made to feel welcome when Mark and Alexandra met us with the keys and showed us around explained how to use things like the shower etc.
the location was perfect as you have shops, cafes, pubs within a 1 minute walk and just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach.
The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay.
You also have supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
If you don’t know Swanage then it’s a great location to get to know the place.
The only thing to be mindful if your elderly or have young children then there is 2 flights of stairs however we managed it with a 2 year old and the location far outweighed the stairs. We also felt safe and the windows have safety catches on so it was safe for toddlers.
We will definitely be back!

The flat was a lovely space, quiet and comfortable for our week. Being on the second floor complicated the logistics of all the things you need for a British seaside holiday, but overall a good place to stay right in town.

Mark and Alexandra met me and my family at the property. Very nice and helpful hosts. The property was lovely and comfortable for me and my family. Spotlessly clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time. Love Swanage so much and was so nice to have a week there in such a lovely property.

A lovely week stay in Swanage August 2021
The flat is in a very convenient location in the centre of Swanage, next to shops and restaurants. A few metres to the bay and the pier and not far from Durlston Castle and Studlands walks.
We had a lovely time and the hosts have been really helpful organising our parking permit for the week. I would recommend it to a small family or couples.

Short break in Swanage
Great Condition, new bathroom...good location for access to central Swanage (1 minute walk). Everything you need for a short break. Lack of parking nearby was the only minor problem. Was overcome by the owner of the flat kindly making the the 3 main carparks of Swanage available for us to use.

Spotless apartment
Mark and Alexandra were fantastic hosts! The apartment is absolutely spotless, it is clear they take great care of the property. The location is great, it’s in the centre of the town so perfect for the beach and the shops. The apartment has everything you need, the smart tv was perfect for my toddler to watch Netflix and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication was great and they were very accommodating. Thanks for a lovely stay!

My family & I wanted a place near the centre of Swanage.....this fitted the bill perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped with clean modern appliances. The kids loved the strong WiFi. I plan to return in the summer if it's available.

Cosy and quiet flat in the centre of Swanage
The children and I loved staying at this apartment - it was right in the centre but tucked away in a quiet spot. We loved the freedom we had here - everything was on the doorstep with nothing was more than a 2 minute walk away. Everything was brand new and spotless, from the furniture to the fittings. I’m certainly going to try and return, Swanage is a gorgeous spot and this felt like a home from home !

The flat had everything our family of 4 could have wanted, from comfy sofas to Nespresso to WiFi - and all right in the middle of town. A great location for an easy and cosy family break.
