Chambre minime avec très mauvaise odeur

la réaction des personnels, leur qualité de service

porte chambre deffectueuse à l'arrivée. 45 min avec que tout rentre dans l'ordre ce qui m'a fait être en retard au rendez-vous que j'avais en soirée.

Ne pas pouvoir payer en cheques vacances comme je devais pouvoir le faire. Refus categorique de l'hôtesse d'accueil.

The sheets have been washed with a strong product. We had allergies all night long. The mattress ate not really mattress just some sponge. We couldn't sleep at All

Good location, close to tramway and a supermarket. On arrival staff were very pleasant and helpful. Felt welcomed.We arrived on a Thursday and the young lady at reception was very nice. Room was clean and cleaning staff considerate to our needs.

Attitude of reception staff on the Sunday before we left.There was an older lady and a young man at reception. I went to inquire the best route from the hotel to the airport. My request was met by an abrupt "Don't you have GPS on your phone" My French isn't great and maybe he didn't recognise me as a guest but I felt their attitude could have been more understanding and helpful.

many grocery shops and small restaurants, plenty of parking space
