Rooms are old. The bathtub needs to be changed to a most modern type.

Hot internal swimming pool. Location near to many spots. Good breakfast.

Our window view was a wall. No view.

the room was dirty, the telephone doesn’t work, if you need reception, need to go there.

The building is very old. the room is big, however the facilities is very old.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is quite in the near of the city center that you may walk around. I appreciate the attitude of Mr. Itimar from the reception. He was guest oriented and tried to help sincerely.

In the room, hair drier was not working properly. In general, the furniture in the room needs to be changed. The windows of bathroom could not be closed properly, because the handles were broken. My room windows did not have net curtain. This was not comfortable. They do not serve any free water ( even a small bottle ) in the room. The staff is generally not guest oriented, except Mr. Itimar from the front desk. In the lobby, they have terrible noise ( disturbing noise ) from a refrigerator, which is improperly working. During 5 days, which I stayed, the hotel managers did not attempt to repair it and stop this noise. :( Because of this, I did not want to stay in the lobby. By the way, the lobby is very poorly furnished.
