The location is superb; very central, surrounded by lovely going-out options, and yet very quiet. Parking can be tricky in that area, but the hotel accommodates for that with a great parking option just 2min walk. The staff is very friendly - and they are excellent with kids, ie. very family friendly.

Reception is not always manned, which is not a problem if you speak the language, as you understand where to call, how to find a member of staff etc. Not sure how tricky that might be to navigate otherwise.

little oasis in the city. great location to explore Ioaninna. lovely decor, really clean. lovely little courtyard though no one was using it.

felt a bit like an apartment - didn’t meet any other people. the reception desk was unmanned. they came immediately we called and we’re very professional and polite, but there was not the sort of interaction we have had at other accommodation.

So warm and welcoming. Also very VERY quiet. 😴🙏
