Very friendly stuff, picked me up from the port, helped me with the luggage, allowed me to have a shower much later than the checkout and they were always friendly and helpfull

This remarkably well run property deserves a 10 because everything you need to enjoy your stay works .... cold fridge, instant air-conditioning, effective ceiling fan, intact fly screen, coat hangers with clips, comfortable beds and reliable wifi (think I even got messages while in the square). Across from the central square it's a small nest of studios with kitchenettes, many with sea views. Ancient dig themed front wall nice feature. Our newly renovated bathroom, a wet room, drained well, mirror had a blue tooth connection and useful magnifier. Huge roof top terrace with panoramic views of the port. You can relax there and appreciate the sea breeze on outdoor furniture. Plus there is a clothes hanging area with the cutest pegs for guests to use. Hosts Andrea and Irene attend to every detail, anticipate guests needs and have thoughtful systems in place to ensure everything in their control functions to a high standard. Extensive library of books in language order. Fabulous! Close to the night action at the square. Missing Andrea's good bathroom, evenly tiled floors and conveniently located power points already. All the restaurants we ate at in Lavadia port and beach front cooked up delicious food. Be ready to stay a while on lovely Tilos and eat out!

Can't image anything that could be improved but know if anything needs attention Andrea will fix it promptly.

Fantastic location and lovely staff - very close to all that you need! We stayed in mid-May & was our first time visiting & when we come back will be sure to book this place again! Room had all the facilities we needed, a nice balcony & there was a roof terrace to also sit with a few tables. Very clean

Shower curtain didn’t block all the water but hardly a big issue!

We stayed in room number 9,an apartment on the ground floor.The room was of a good size and cool in the day.The owners were very pleasant and friendly.And room service was everyday..

Not all the items on the itinerary were available to us.Not sure what the dishwasher was for, and no starter toiletries were provided.And unfortunately our Sea View mentioned was non existent.And the room was poor for privacy, and opened next to a busy main road.So some of accommodation description was misleading.. A bit disappointed 😔

The location was very good - close to the main square in Livadia and an easy walk from the ferry. There was no breakfast but there was a kettle and a couple of hot plates had we wanted to make our own food - and a fridge.

Everything was as expected.

They met us in the harbour when we arrived by ferry. Very nice and friendly staff. We got the room earlier. Really nice roof terrace with the view. You definitely got value for the money!

room is very small,although it is well designed.There’s a sun deck roof but the spiral staircase is difficult to carry things up.

Wonderful stay at Apollo Studios. In Livadia village, easy walk to everything you need. Clean, comfortable. Most of all, Andreas and his wife are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Nothing is too much trouble. Genuine personal touch. Amazing value for money as well. Great stay!
