Fantastic location neighbouring with the historic center. A few minutes walk to the most beautiful beach Lama Monachile Cala Porto and nice restaurants.

You are really close to the ancient city; there is a lovely roof, and the breakfast reminds you of the “nona” house, which is prepared by the owner with so much care.

The streets are noisy at night in the old town, but its a general problem in the old town.

The location was great. Laundry was clean.

The breakfast was in the bar nearby, and it was acceptable, but not much of a choice. There was also a funny episode in which the host stressed us because we had another 2 friends who came in Polignano, they had their B&B somewhere else, and of course i offered to put their luggages in our room until their check in time, and because of that the host stressed us a lot with messages, and seemed not to understand that they were our friends, or did not wanted to..As it was a short stay, i can sum it up a bit uncomfortable, with problems that rose up unecessarily. The room is crampy, and i would optimise the furniture as you can easily hit yorself constantly on the bed, there is not enough circulation space. The bathroom needs an uplift as mold is present.

The location is great! Right in the heart of the town. Not a great sea view but if you go out to the balcony you can see a tiny bit of the sea far away. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Also, the balcony was nice and had a little table and 2 chairs where we got to enjoy some drinks there.

We didn't like how tiny the room was I think it was just our room though. Not sure How big the others ones were. The shower is like over the toilet almost and we were right in front of the reception. Not sure why they need a reception. They should just automatize everything for check in and check out.

The bed was not comforable at all

Room is very clean. Location is perfect, super close to the bars and restaurants and it's like 7 minutes to the city beach. Some of the rooms have cute balconies.

For me the biggest problem was breakfast, I don't eat sweets for breakfast. The cupon we've got was only covering a drink and a sweet pastry... if you want eggs you need to pay 5 euros in nearest place.

I loved it. The host, Matteo, is amazing and he is willing to help you with anything you need. The location is amazing, the sea is 20 seconds away and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. Also, the breakfast is very delicious. I 100% recommend it.
