The infinity pool, gardens and pondoks were so lovely and relaxing. Rooms and outdoor bathrooms comfortable, clean and stylish. Staff helpful and efficient.

Located just outside of main hub, however transport easy to arrange. Vincent’s Restaurant offered a free shuttle when we ate there.

The food in the restaurant was very good! The pool was very nice.

We had ants in our room and in our bed. The cleaning staff did try to get rid of them and it did get rid of most of them. My husband would have liked a TV in the room. The pictures on the sight make the rooms look much nicer than they actually are.

We stayed 10 days over Christmas and New Years and had a wonderful time. We could book transport to sites (Besakih Temple, waterfalls, Virgin Beach, boat to Blue Lagoon for snorkeling) and otherwise could walk to nearby restaurants. We would absolutely recommend Warung Budiayu, just around the corner, we had excellent Chicken Tutu, Nasi Goreng and could even pre-order Babi Guling for our New Years dinner. Warung Bintang was also good, and has a nice view over the rice field, and a spa for massages. Both are super close. Lotus took great care of the grounds, and the staff was especially attentive. We were able to get laundry done, and also airport pick up/drop off to our next location. The waterfront location is really calming, we were always happy after a long day to come back.

We would have loved for the breakfast fruit to include more local specialities, we got amazing bananas, dragon fruit, mangoes and snake fruit at fruit stands nearby.

pros: remote location cons: remote location loved being outside of the tourist circus, but after a day or two there was nothing to see or do given the rainy season.

Great location with a stunning view. Lovely staff. Good food.

Some areas could use a renovation. It didn’t bother us much.

I would suggest Lotus Bungalows for the beautiful location and the extreme courtesy of the staff. We arrived late in night and we appreciate the marvellous building only later the morning after… everything was amazing: the building, the landscape, the food and also all the persons of the staff!

- breakfast - the room is too small, the bed is too small, we can hear the guess in the next room.

the infinity swimming pool is mind-blowing. just next to the ocean, with the view of Nusa Penida island. one can just sit by the pool side and spend an entire day

the beds are queen size only. though they can arrange additional cot, but space in the room is limited

Really beautiful relaxing area. Was really nice to wake up and hear the ocean right next to us.

Only thing that was not good was the Wi-fi and also the beds were not so comfortable.

The property was easy to find, right on the ocean, clean and spacious, and the staff were absolutely fantastic.

Staff were super friendly, the whole property was super clean, pool was super clean, the view was just spectacular. Definitely will come back!
