We really liked this hotel, which was very pleasant and surrounded by nature and great views. We took the Deluxe room which we highly recommend if staying here. The Deluxe room has a separate entrance and it has significantly more privacy than the other rooms, some of them are facing the pool and the more public areas. The infinity swimming pool was amazing and the vast garden around our room was beautiful. The Version Marquis has another hotel in Bonifacio and they give you free access to the other hotel, its pool and its spa- a very nice gesture indeed!

You should note that reaching your car's parking in this hotel will require you to climb quite a steep road / staircase, as the hotel is built on a slope. During the morning you could call the reception to come and pick you up from the room, but at night the reception is closed. The toilet in our room was installed at a non-standard Hight (it was very high) and it wasn't very comfortable to use it.

Secluded, luxurious hotel with only 11 bedrooms- beautiful heated pool and fabulous pool area - furnished to a high end standard from outdoor furniture to bedrooms— we were in room 1 (big room with extra large bed) - large terrace and stunning view- friendly and attentive small team of staff- Fanny was especially good- very professional; spoke English and helpful with our check in and we were able to use the pool until our room was ready- we literally booked as we pulled up as our ferry had been cancelled - small lunch/dinner menu prepared to order and eaten communally with other guests at the stunning dining table- pick yourself a lemon on the way out! (there is also a shuttle service by jeep to the nearest beach provided).

nothing- only being there for one day/night and the weather wasn’t so good in the afternoon so could easily of spent another day there at the pool

Such comfortable beds. Quiet location in the middle of the maquis. Design. Swimming pool. Friendly staff.

Very nice rooms (spacious, stylisch, clean, great view!), good service, beautiful infinity pool, good location close to great beaches and city of Bonifacio

Stunning views of the coast and macquis. Rooms were relatively simple, but clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent, both the food and the personal feel to the service. Breakfast also very good.

Great view, friendly and caring staff, nice pool. We were taken to the local beach which has a beautiful clear water with a Polaris 4x4 and picked up upon request. Big terrace.

The room we had #2 is facing the pool and lacking soundproof, unfortunately every early morning we were waken up by housekeeping and other hotel activity, add to this doors that open and close with a noise and outside air conditioning system that you hear while on the terrace - not a great option if you are looking for a quiet escape. Also on booking.com the room is presented as junior suite but in reality it’s a double room. Photos are nicely done and make the room look more spacious than it is.

Slightly isolated location, but beaches and town are within 20 min drive. The isolation does mean it is super quiet, though, so definitely not wholly negative!

We absolutely loved this place. It's stylish and so peaceful with the most beautiful infinity pool offering views across the open countryside out to the sea. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and we particularly liked the informal breakfast where we could causally dine and drink until breakfast finished at 11 as opposed to a strict sit down and gorge. We could have stayed here for much longer as it provided just the relaxation that we needed. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasurable.
