Wonderful property & location

We enjoyed out stay at this property. It was well appointed and close to the beach. The pool area was very nice as well.

Location and property were beautiful. Exactly as described and we had a fantastic time.

My family enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious condo. The resort area has very nice amenities. The kitchen was well stocked; always nice to have basic spices and oil on hand instead of having to buy for limited use. The owners sent over new scuba sets to replace ones lost by the last tenants which was very nice! (one unfortunately was broken right out of the package, but not their fault). My only complaint is that the front bedroom has poor air circulation from the A/C and does not cool down like the rest of the house. Not sure if that is a design flaw in the unit or something that can be fixed. I'd still return.

Great condo. Great location and beautiful property.

My family of 5, which included 3 adults and two teens, had a wonderful time at this Mauna Lani condo. The location is absolutely perfect. It is close to a coffee shop, well-stocked grocery store, and Tommy Bahamas Restaurant & store in addition to other retailers. It’s actually walking distance, but we opted to drive there as it was a quick 5 min drive- super convenient. Other highlights include access to the Beach Club. I cannot over emphasize what a true asset it was to have a pass. Parking, access to a clean and beautiful beach, good snorkeling, restaurant/bar - I wouldn’t do it any other way. Another highlight is that condo is steps away from a historic trail that walks past lava tubes, gorgeous ancient fish ponds, all leading to the glistening Pacific Ocean and Beach Club. This was my daily morning walk and alone time. a peaceful alternative to using the gym. The condo itself worked very well for our family. My father in law took the front room w queen bed, our 16 and 13 year old teens took the middle room, and my husband and I had the master suite. The condo is well stocked and tastefully decorated. The landscape is gorgeous and makes for nice family photos. The AC worked well, except in the front bedroom where it was weaker, but the fan in the room helped. We were traveling with an 83 year old and this downstairs condo worked well in that regard. The only drawback is that the condo renters upstairs were very loud and had a party, so we could hear them dragging patio furniture in the lanai above well into the night and in the early morning hours again. Fortunately we were gone most of the day, so this only was an issue for a short period at night and the following morning. Otherwise, it is a very quiet complex with respectful considerate renters. I don’t hold it against the location since these are issues that go with traveling and one can’t control every factor. It was a great condo for us and I highly recommend it. Also, the property managers were very responsive and professional. Another huge plus is that the condo is a very short walking distance to the pool/spa/ gym. Having a garage was also a plus. It was stocked w beach accessories, which we didn’t use but I can see how it is a plus for families that don’t have their own snorkeling equipment. We brought our own snorkels and everything else we needed we could get at the Beach Club. The drinks and food were good, so I would recommend trying it out. We look forward to our next visit!

The condo was perfect. Very comfortable for 5 people. Had all the essentials and it was great that it had boogie boards, ice chests, etc. the location was perfect. Great all around.

Our family (2 adults and 3 kids - 7, 7, and 11) stayed in this condo for a week. It was wonderful—comfortable, clean, and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outside cooking area was great. There’s a ton of pool/beach gear. The kids loved the boogie boards and we used the noodles for snorkeling. The kids thought the Internet was great, but they were thankfully too busy to use it! In terms of location, it’s a 12-15 minute walk to the beach, which had great snorkeling right off the shore, and the pool is 2 minutes right out the door. The drive to the owner’s beach was maybe 5 minutes and parking was super convenient with the pass. It got somewhat crowded midday but nothing like some of the other places we visited. Highly recommend.

Wonderful condo in great location!

Great location! Wonderful communications with property manager and housekeeper. Kitchen was perfectly laid out and supplied for cooking with the family so we didn't have to go out for every meal over our 2 week stay. Would love to stay here again!

We have stayed at this property years ago. Loved the improvements/upgrades made in decor, furnishings, etc. However, could include some Hawaiiana (culture).

New owners could make some improvements. Overall a good place to stay.

Small unit for 3 bedrooms. Lanai crowded with heavy uncomfortable furniture. Beds marginally comfortable, kitchen appliances need upgrading badly. We paid top dollar for just an average facility

Loved the property and how quiet it was. I REALLY loved how well equipped the home was with towels, beach gear (mats, chairs etc), coolers. The manager was so friendly and helpful when we needed questions answered. Location was great to walking, running, pool, beaches! I enjoyed staying here so much more over the Hilton owned properties.

This property is beautiful and in a great location. It’s on the golf course and close to a beach. Historic ponds and a great place to walk in the morning and evenings.

Aloha! Great Location: ground level unit looking at golf course (North Course hole 16). Has a very nice grassy area with tropical landscape next to patio - great for evening BBQ and viewing of the island sky/moon. Quiet Condo complex - pool and hot tub are beautiful with plenty of chairs - short walk to this A2 unit. Mauna Lani Beach Club access for swimming and snorkel was a big plus - we drove there - gate access card use was provided. All beach equipment, ice chest, chairs, etc, needed is in the condo’s one car garage. Plenty of towels including beach towels are in bathrooms. Comfortable condo layout for a family. Small grocery store with deli in Mauna Lani shopping center is convenient. Condo is equipped with needed central AC, and functional, though was in need of maintenance if using 3rd bedroom - I expect property manager followed through, as professional manager was quick to answer and respond, when called. Roomy, and nicely decorated master bedroom - the king mattress may be doable (but not so much for me). I would recommend a new higher quality mattress eg Beautyrest or the like (for good sleep by two). Family enjoyed the stay very much. Wonderful area, as we are regular visitors to the Big Island - overall a very good value. Mahalo!

This was a second time staying at this condo and we absolutely loved it and are planning to come back. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking. We do not like going out to eat, so having a fully-equipped kitchen is important for us. As far as services goes, the management was very responsive to our requests. For example, the blender was not working and upon contacting property manager, we got a brand new one within a couple of hours. We had an issue with the screen door, the matter was addressed within a couple of days, but we did not really need it, so this was not an issue for us. The beach area was our favorite location to snorkel and play in the sand. We visited other beaches and determined that the one that's adjacent to this property is our favorite. It is a 15- minute walk to the beach through historical volcano park, which is a great opportunity to exercise and enjoy the views. We stayed with our two young children (6 and 9 years old) and pool area was their favorite. You do need to keep you kids quiet while at the pool, which was a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we managed. Overall, this is our favorite place to stay and we'd love to come back some time soon!

Our family have been doing staycations here at the Maunalani resort for 12 plus years, all at different condos and numerous times at the Maunalani hotel, but we like the idea of cooking and having more space so condo life is a much better fit.We absolutely love the location , lots of outdoor activities and a very adequate foodland farms for all of our needs. This was our first stay here at the Fairways and the location is perfect for a short hike to beach. The unit was fully equipped with Everything we needed. I would like to say some easy and economical fixes would have made the stay better. Washcloths, beach towels, bed linens, some pillows need to be tossed and replaced with brand new. Carpets should at least be deep cleaned and or ripped out and redone . The unit is cozy , the pool nice, the garage super duper tiny (don’t expect to get an SUV or the like in there) . We had a lot of fun and would love to go back to enjoy the hopeful new upgrades to this unit.

This location was perfect for our family. The condo has all of the beach accessories we needed, from ice chests to snorkel gear. The condo itself can use updating. The carpets in all the bedrooms were stained pretty bad, interior doors are dirty looking and could use fresh paint. However, I will say property management was pleasant to work with, and very good in responding to our immediate needs on a few minor things.

We loved the Palm Villas! The location is fabulous. We were close to the shops at Mauna Lani and enjoyed having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The condo was clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable during our stay. I appreciate the communication from the host….very professional. I would love to stay there again!

Our family loved our accommodations. Beautiful views of the golf course. Sparkling clean with plenty of room for 6 adults. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to prepare all our meals. Loved the entire stay!

Nice place to stay.

A group of 6 of us rented this condo for a week at the end of February and had a great time! The condo was clean and very nice with plenty of beach supplies for our group to use. We loved the location because it was right next to the pool and a quick drive to the beach club and shops at the Mauna Lani The property manager was quick to respond if we had any questions and so helpful! We loved our time in this condo at the Palm Villas! We are hoping to come back next year ☺️

I had reached out to see if we can check in early and she said due to cleaning we won’t be able to do that. We thoroughly clean and sanitize and this takes time. Check in was at 4pm We showed up to check in and lock box didn’t work, the maintenance guy helped us get in. When we finally got in the condo wasn’t clean. The cleaning people just didn’t show up! They did immediately get the cleaning people over there but we had little kids with us a whole car of food, was not how we were expecting to spend our evening. They rush cleaned, definitely wasn’t 250 dollar cleaning deposit worthy. They did say they would make it up with a gift card that I had to finally ask about a few days after. Other than our chaotic check in The location of the condo was very nice. The pool was very nice. The beach at the beach club was well worth it. The lanai area was buggy but that was all of them. We have little kids and I def would recommend this area to stay.

I have stayed here a couple of times. Always enjoyed our stay. The management has always been responsive to any of our need. It is located right on the golf course with lots of birds and wildlife. The condo is well equipped and the pool i close by. The resort has a well protected beach with great snorkeling. My son who has stayed there with me, has it booked this spring.

Really enjoyed our stay, great house, fantastic location to pool (often only ones there) and beach (not crowded). Recommend!

Everything was great. Unit was clean and well-appointed. Check-in using the lockbox was very easy. Great unit for a family of 6. Property manager Trude and Meredith were very responsive and awesome to work with! Highly recommended for both visitors and kamaaina.

Property was very clean, property manager was very helpful, location was perfect. We will definitely try and book this property in the future.
