bu otelde yıllardır defalarca kaldım. küçük ama sevimli bir otel. kahvaltı yeterli. personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ve ayrıca çalışanlardan graziella ve daniela çok güleryüzlü ve çalışkanlar.onlara teşekkürlerimi iletmenizi rica ederim. tren istasyonuna ve denize yakın. otel çevresi güvenli ve sessiz. çevrede bir çok restoran market ve alışveriş mağazaları mevcut. yakında yeşil park ve çocuklu aileler için çocuk bahçesi var. balkonlu oda tercihimi yerine getirdiler. şehir vergisini çıkışta tahsil ettiler. havlular banyo temiz. kışın tabi ki daha uygun fiyat var. yazın biraz daha yüksek fiyatlar. plajlar sakin kalabalık değil. odada mini buzdolabı yok ama isterseniz portatif bir mini buzdolabını ücreti karşılığı temin edebiliyorsunuz.kışın ona da gerek kalmıyor.

Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Odaların balkonu var ve kahvaltı çeşitleri harika.Tam merkezde heryere yakın.Çok temiz.Ventimiglia'ya ne yönden gelirseniz gelin berbat tren yolculuğunun acısını çıkarabileceğiniz bir tesis.

La atención. El trato familiar. El parking a precio razonable. El desayuno y la ubicación. Habitación de cuatro personas amplia y bien distribuida. Todo renovado.

Emplacement proche de la gare, personnel de bons conseils et qui parle français, petit déjeuner copieux .
Et la possibilité d'avoir un lit bébé dans la chambre en prévenant l'hôtel.
L'hôtel est équipé d'un ascenseur bien pratique suivant l' étage où l'on se trouve..
Le double vitrage et les volets roulants permettent de passer une nuit sans bruit ni lumières extérieures.
Le balcon terrasse est très appréciable.
Pas de rampe d'accès handicapé ou poussette , et pas de siège pour bébé à disposition.
La douche de notre chambre était un peu petite si vous êtes corpulent.

The location is brilliant for an overnight stay - needed to be close to train station but also short walk to sea, market and shopping.
Staff friendly and helpful. Stored our luggage during the day.

Lovely modern, clean room, big bed, very comfortable. Bathroom small, as usual in Europe, but perfectly formed.

We were very comfortable, in a great location, with a super breakfast. Thank you to all the staff for making this stay very enjoyable. Shutters on the windows made the room very dark and quiet over night. Value for money - hghly recommended.

The two reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and varied for Italian standards and this included gluten free products on request. Everything functioned in the room as it should. The hotel is ideal for people passing through from Italy to France.
Ventimiglia itself was not a particularly nice place. Heavy traffic and noisy. There were many suspicious looking people hanging around the railway station and not a police officer in sight. Lots of people with dogs in town and not all of them acting responsible for cleaning up the excrement. But this is a serious problem in many Mediterranean countries.

Such a great location. We made lots of visits to the station to catch trains and make seat reservations and it was just a 5 minute walk.

Very friendly staff and centrally situated hotel only a few minutes from the station.
We were surprised to learn that Ventimiglia has an amazing old town. The view from the hill top overlooking the Marina is a wonderful place during day and night (when illuminated).
One of the rooms faced the road, which gave us a view from the balcony onto the narrow road. One room faced the courtyard, which was full of rubbish from the neighbours. This room was quieter, but the view was a bit disturbing. The breakfast is very simple.

The check in at night was good by a lovely man.
I liked the music with live singers downstairs in the bar. This made me feel like I was definitely in Italy. It put me to sleep.
The women that organised breakfast in the morning did not smile or welcome me once! I tried to have a conversation with them in Italian and English and they still were not welcoming, quick to dismiss me and very short in words like I was bothering them but no other guests were around. Both of them just seemed annoyed. This is not a nice feeling as a tourist and desperately needs to improve. I give 1/10 for customer service.
No fridge, kettle or cups in room. Guests like to make a tea or have hot water before bed, it's a part of the hotel experience, very disappointing.
