Like the stay the rooms but food is little expensive

Staff and Residence were very good. Staff - polite, obliging and helpful.
Premise - big and clean.
But the house does not have central heating nor heaters in the rooms. You have to pay an extra 600 rupees per day for that. But it was not shown in the advert though the supervisor claims it's there.
I find it quite ridiculous to rent out premises in a cold area without any heating. I have travelled in European countries but never encountered such issues.

Quality of the Villa,service, all amenities, inside look and acknowledging the needs is what I liked the best about owner. It was my wife’s bday and he took the responsibility of decorating hall and a room which was fantastic. It was a way more than expected.

Rooms were very spacious and cleanly maintained.
Food was very good, entire family liked it. Location is near to Botanical garden and other attractions like tea factory.
Staff were friendly, especially manager Gowda and owner Bhaskar. They were always available for any requests.

Easy accessibility of the downtown and good eateries.
The on-premise food was not of our taste and after the first meal, we decided to eat outside.

It is a very beautiful Apartment located near to Botanical Garden and Charring Cross area.

Excellent staff. Wonderful location. Staff helped with food and breakfast. We had a comfortable stay and lovely time. Highly recommended for a stay when in Ooty.

Well maintained and neat property.
Big house with 1 Living with attached kitchen, dining. Basic supplies like small water can, sachets of tea/coffee, milk powder, sugar were provided. 2 big bedrooms each with double beds and attached bathroom with geyser.
Also has a fireplace, with firewood provided for an extra cost.
The house was highly impressive and one of the best I have ever stayed.
Excellent service by staff members James, Gandhi & Vijay. They also have a cook Panneerselvan, who cooked us delicious meals as per our request; Chapati, Veg Kurma, Chicken Pepper Dry for dinner and Idli, Chutney and Sambar for breakfast. None of us knew Tamil, but they were co-operative in speaking a mix of Hindi, English and sign language making it a memorable experience.
Dining area has high chairs that can be a bit wobbly though so not everyone might be comfortable, however the sofa-set and teapoy suffices there.
Just nitpicking, some small seating in balcony might be good to have.
