the property was well maintained and had everything you would need for a holiday. the owners are local and on hand to assist you if needed they surprised us with food when we arrived and a cake mode week. the pool is a decent size and the walnut trees keep you cool when having breakfast. lovely property to escape to.

Alia Stone Villa is an amazing villa set in a quiet little village near Chania, Kissamos and some of the loveliest beaches on Crete. It has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable family holiday with kids. The house is nicely decorated, the garden is beautifully landscaped and everything is super clean and well maintained. Dimitra and her family were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and we hope to be back soon :)

Big yard with many places to to enjoy Very quiet location but you have mini shop and bakery and taverne next to you in case you need Small distances to great restaurants and beaches or mountains (but you always need a car)

if using both showers very long time by family simultaneously you can consume all hot water and be left with lukewarm one - not a problem during summer heat, but might be a problem in April or October.

We loved this villa so much. There was everything to love- from the host and her family, to the pool, the yard, the beautiful home and unique interior decorating and it was full of any amenity you would need. The amount of detail this family put into this villa is unreal! They have thought of everything. Take me back!

One of the best holidays we’ve had. It may have been post Covid-lockdown euphoria, but this property deserves a 10/10 any day of the week! Equipped with everything you could need, it’s super clean, well designed and thought out and to top it all off, the owners are so friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the big backyard. The property was just amazing, the layout and the feel was spectacular. Very child friendly too. The pool was well away from the children’s play area (closed off with a small fence), and the garden was very well designed. We will definitely be coming back here again
